Superb

The location in Merano was ideal. Very close to the town centre and tourist information. The balcony was a bonus and we enjoyed our time sitting outside with a view of the surrounding mountains. Check in was very easy and we had a parking spot for our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Note: The pictures don't give this place justice! So much nicer in person.

Exceptional

Such a perfect setting right across the river from the center of Meran. Beautiful house, very well maintained property and even a garage for our car! Friendly greeting and lots of information about what we can do in the area. The family lives next door so is available to assist if needed. We were thrilled to be here! The apt. was nicely furnished with sofa, a great kitchen, coffee maker, water boiler, pots ans pans, and pretty glassware. And even a balcony with seating and table for 4 persons. The beds were comfortable and the rooms large enough. The bathroom was new and plenty of warm water. It was all sparkling clean! We can highly recommend this address to everyone. Nadja and her family were wonderful.

Wonderful Apartment in a very convenient location in Merano

Location is excellent. You are across the street from the park and the river. It is just a 10 minute walk to the center center. Also, only a ten minute drive or bus ride to Merano 2000 which is a ski resort with great summer hiking and views.

There is some road noise with the widows opened. It does quiet down after 11:00 PM until about 8:00 PM. This was not a big issue for us.

Esperienza meravigliosa

La nostra permanenza a Merano è stata eccezionale! L'appartamento era spazioso, luminoso e impeccabilmente pulito. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dalla piazza e dai mercatini di Natale. La proprietaria è stato super disponibile, fornendoci consigli preziosi e facendoci sentire i benvenuti. Non ci è mancato nulla e l'ambiente era accogliente come casa nostra. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

La mia esperienza

l'appartamento era molto accogliente e molto grande, soprattutto offriva di molti servizi come la macchina del caffè, utensili per cucinare e mangiare,utensili per pulire l'appartamento ma anche la lavatrice che è molto importante negli appartamenti. La cosa molto buona inoltre era un balconcino molto spazio e il garage per chi servisse un posto auto. Nadia è stata molto gentile perché ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in Garage anche dopo il checkout. Appartamento ben centrato e ben riscaldato.Tutto Favoloso. Mi è piaciuto molto e lo consiglio molto.

Bellissimo appartamento comodissimo per la famiglia. Bel terrazzino esterno da godere nelle giornate belle. Silenzioso e circondato dal verde, ideale per prendersi una pausa di relax. I mercatini di Natale sono a 5 minuti a piedi. Nadia è stata bravissima, attenta e presente. Consigliato

Die Unterkunft bleibt in unserer Memoliste ..... wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, hell und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist modern und ansprechend. Die Küchenzeile und die Kücheneinrichung ist einwandfrei und vielfältig. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist ideal auch für 2 Paare, da es 2 abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer gibt. Im Bad ist alles schön. Tolle Dusche, Tageslicht, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Es fehlt an Nichts. Vielleicht wäre eine kleine Spülmaschine ganz nett, aber wir waren abends auswärts essen und haben nur zum Frühstück Geschirr benutz. Da ist Spülen von Hand kein Problem. Balkon ist vorhanden. Dieser ist angenehm groß und zur Hälfte überdacht. Gartentisch und bequeme Stühle sind auch vorhanden, sowie ein Flügelwäschetrockner.

Eigentlich gibt es Nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Als kleinen Tipp vielleicht noch: eine Hausnummer außen an der Maurer, die man von der Strasse aus besser sehen kann, wäre nicht schlecht. Wir sind da erst mal an der Einfahrt vorbeigefahren.

Fine settimana a Merano

Appartamento molto carino, pulito e dotato di ogni comodità. Capsule per il caffè a disposizione, bel balconcino in cui cenare o fare colazione. A due passi dal centro, raggiungibile tramite sentiero pedonale. Surplus molto importante , garage interno compreso nel prezzo . Il signor Marco molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!!.

Ottima posizione a 2 minuti dal centro, Molto spaziosa con posto auto All’interno nel garage, la signora Nadia ti fa trovare già tutto il necessario per le pulizie ordinarie e per le stoviglie, vi è presente un bel televisore nel salottino, in più gode di un bel terrazzino riservato coperto da piante e siepi.

Wir würden hier immer wieder buchen.

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Zentrum, die äußerst freundliche Vermieterfamilie , der Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage.

Bei Belegung mit 5 Personen : Da Küche und Wohnzimmer ein Raum sind und die 5.Person auf der Couch schlafen müsste und damit wenig Privatsphäre hätte. Aber im Grunde kein Problem.

Appartamento pulito ed attrezzato. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Le camere sono ampie e la pulizia regna in tutto l'appartamento.

L'unica cosa da migliore, ma probabilmente non dipende dall'host, è che dall'app booking richiedendo la navigazione verso l'appartamento si viene portati lontani dall'indirizzo corretto.

La casa accogliente , i proprietari Marco & Nadia , super gentili hanno aspettato che arrivassimo , anche se era tardi , posizione abbastanza vicina al centro circa 8/9 minuti a piedi , fermata per lo skibus a pochi metri dalla casa.

Soggiorno a Merano, cittadina piena di palazzi storici dal sapore austriaco.

La composizione dell'appartamento completo di tutto l'occorrente, la grandezza delle camere, la vicinanza al centro e ai sentieri. Inoltre mi è piaciuto il fatto che c'era un garage dove ho parcheggiato l'auto all'arrivo e l'ho ripresa alla partenza.

Direi che non ci sono state cose che non mi sono piaciute.

Relax natalizio a Merano

Appartamento super centrale, comodo per visitare a piedi Merano. Disponibilità della proprietaria di casa. Garage comodissimo per l'auto. Appartamento davvero carino e confortevole per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax, caldo e pulito. Noi non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma era dotata di utensili, stoviglie e macchina del caffè. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Posizione super, con tutte le comodità di casa

L'appartamento è in una posizione comoda in 10 minuti a piedi per un sentiero che costeggia il fiume si arriva in centro. Ha a disposizione un posto auto al coperto. A 500 metri c'è un supermercato. L'appartamento è arredato con molto gusto è ben dotato di molte accessori utili. I letti e i cuscini sono confortevoli, molto curata la biancheria da bagno. È presente un piccolo terrazzo.
