Very clear, nice and cosy, modern equipped apartment in silent location near town centre.

Barely bearable due to the heat.

The location was convenient to the city and quiet. The beds were comfortable and they had netflix and other options-- with your own subscription.

It reached 85 degrees but there was no AC because it was not yet summer. There is just one small AC unit in the living room, so if you stayed here in the summer and wanted to close your bedroom door it would likely be unbearable. We tried to complain but the host was away on vacation. There were not enough garbage bags, toilet paper, or soap for 6 people for 3 nights and there was no toaster, microwave or cutting board in the kitchen. There were no fans in any of the rooms. We planned to use their parking but it was too low and too short for a van.

Дуже зручне місце знаходження відносно Терма. Тиха вуличка, наявність паркінгу у центрі міста (входить у вартість).

Неможливість самостійного регулювання температури в приміщенні. Вона централізована і у ночі систему опалення виключали у всій будівлі і температура падала. В зимку це відчувається. Але господар старався допомогти чим міг.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro ed i mercatini di Natale, a due passi dalle terme. Per la prima volta ho trovato un letto stracomodo, cosa che non è quasi mai successa nei viaggi che abbiamo fatto!

Zentrumsnahes Apartment in Meran

Die wunderbare Lage Nahe Stadtzentrum und Merantherme. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und lag in einer verkehrsberuhigten Seitenstraße. Zwei Balkone waren vorhanden und man hat daher keinen Straßenlärm mitbekommen.

Enge Garage. Umständlich zu bedienen mit 2 unterschiedlichen Codes. Wäre man allein, wüsste man sich nicht zu helfen.

Es war sehr Dunkel, wir mussten immer Licht anmachen… leider gab es keine kleinen Lampen, so dass wir immer das Deckenlicht (sehr hell) anmachen mussten.

Appartamento pulito e comodo, ottima posizione, vicino al centro, ai bus, alla seggiovia. Le informazioni ricevute per il parcheggio e per la raccolta differenziata sono state molto utili e precise.

Direi nulla, suggerisco però qualche gancio per gli asciugamani in bagno. E forse una scopa al posto dello scopettino e uno straccio nel caso si facesse bagnato. Il divano letto comodo ma su un lato rumoroso

Ein wunderbar erholsamer 6 tägiger Urlaub; das Auto hatte Pause.

Die zentrumsnahe, aber ruhige Lage der Wohnung, deren Ausstattung und Größe, die auch für längere Urlaube ausreichend ist; Klimaanlage, die bei der Hitze sehr willkommen war; hervorragende Matratzen, elektrische Rolladen an allen Fenstern, 2 Balkone, Tiefgarage. Schneller Austausch einer defekten Nespresso-Maschine. Sehr gute telefonische Ansprechbarkeit und sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Auch der Bus nach Bozen ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar und mit der Südtirol Guest Pass kostenfrei.

Etwas hellhörig, aufgrund einer Familie mit kleinem Kind, die dauerhaft über der Fewo wohnen und gut hörbar sind. Nicht zu ändern 🤷🏻‍♀️😁

Appartamento nuovo e molto pulito,vicino al centro. Fornito di ogni confort. A disposizione c è un posto parcheggio,nel sotterraneo ma non è adatto a tutte le auto. Daniele ci ha inviato tutte le informazioni via telefono per e il check in che abbiamo fatto tutto in autonomia.

Abituata a fare la raccolta differenziata in modo molto scrupoloso ,ho trovato strano il modo di dividere i rifiuti.Che non dipende da proprietario ma delle regole comunali

Schöne Unterkunft nah am Zentrum Meran

Sehr neues und sauberes Apartment. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich hätte wünschen können.

Der Duschkopf war etwas verkalkt, könnte man etwas säubern. Ist aber kein Grund dafür, hier eine schlechtere Bewertung zu geben.

Meran ist eine Reise wert, trotz der vielen Nationalitäten die in der Stadt sich aufhalten.

Dass die klimaanlage immer zu schalten war. Sehr ruhige Wohnung, obwohl Parterre. Zentral gelegen, alles prima zu Fuss zu erreichen. Viele Bäume und Vögel in der Strasse.

Das Doppelbett ist für die Ältere Generation wie wir, zu weich, zu schmal und zu kurz, aber es ist ja Sommer. Leider nur in der ganzen Wohnung ein Spiegel und der ist im Badezimmer.
