Tolles Appartment in super Lage

Die Lage ist super. Eine Bäckerei ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Man ist sofort in der Innenstadt. Nicht so optimal ist die Parkplatz Situation, da man gegenüber in der Therme parken muss und EUR. 24,- am Tag als zusätzliche Kosten hinzu kommen.

Es gibt alles für einen ungezwungenen Aufenthalt, Geschäfte, Lokale in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Checkin und checkout problemlos. Einrichtung neuwertig. Balkon strassenseitig gelegen, dadurch mitten im Geschehen. Bei geschlossener Balkontür jedoch kein Lärm. Habe mich auch als alleinreisende Frau sehr wohl gefühlt.

grosszügiges modernes, schön eingerichtetes Appartement an zentraler ruhiger Lage

Lage des Appartements ist perfekt, zentral, verkehrsfrei, nähe Kurhaus, Therme, an der Passeier

Einrichtungsmässig hat das Appartement alles was es braucht. Ideal wäre evtl. anstelle des vorhandenen Sessels eine kleine 2er Couch.

Mittendrin und individuell, so wie man es gerade mag.

Ein Aufenthalt im schmalsten Haus von Meran lässt nicht unbedingt Größe erwarten. Und dann die Überraschung- in der Tiefe eröffnet sich ein topmoderner Raum mir einer Einbauküche und einem komfortablen Bad. City-Altstadtlage und trotzdem absolut ruhig wenn die großen Fenstertüren geschlossen werden. Balkon mit Blick auf die Postbrücke. Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar und absolut freundlich.

Einfach super, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkuft liegt sehr zentral, gleich zu beginn der Altstadt- beim Bozener Tor. Es ist alles gut erreichbar.

Nachts hört man auch mal die Partygäste. Das gehört aber nun hat in so zentraler Lage dazu.

Sehr schöne renovierte Wohnung - alles mit Stil. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Postbrücke. Sehr zentral.

Ottima posizione e comfort, con qualche "ma"

Stanza minimal con tutto il necessario, pulita, spaziosa e luminosa, alle porte del centro. Scelta particolare è la doccia e il mini lavandino accanto al letto. Spazio per la bicicletta all'ingresso dello stabile e autonomia nel cambio asciugamani. Silenziosa, gli infissi e la porta sono molto isolanti.

Lavandino minuscolo e nel cucinotto non c'è la cappa, quindi puoi farti giusto un tè/caffè o scaldare una fetta di pane. In cucina c'è tutto il necessario, ma la spugna per i piatti era molto consumata. Cuscini inesistenti, suggerirei di chiedere se è possibile averne di normali, materasso con avvallamenti. Poca privacy al primo piano, la finestra dà sulla strada principale e da fuori si vede tutto. Luce automatica sotto al letto, se ti alzi durante la notte si illumina tutto.

La posizione: è strategica. Si è in centro vicino a tutti i servizi e in particolare al supermercato che è a poche decine di metri. Le passeggiate partono tutte da quella zona. La macchina la si può mettere nel parcheggio delle terme (95€ per una settimana)

Il vicolo d'ingresso è un pò angusto ma ci sono le luci che si accendono al paesaggio

Il bagno: il wc ed il bidet sono in un locale con porta mentre il lavandino e la doccia sono fisicamente vicino al letto matrimoniale e vi è una tendina come privacy.

Perfekt für einen Meran-Besuch zu zweit (Suite 2)

Sehr zentral. Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Charme eingerichtet, gutes Bett, kleiner Balkon, sehr schalldichte Fenster. Man hört praktisch nichts von draussen. Tolle und schnelle Kommunikation mit Joachim. Insgesamt sehr besucherfreundlich gelöst, Lift, alles unkompliziert. Danke

Küche zweckmässig, eher nicht für grosses Kochen geeignet.

Die Unterkunft ist total zentral gelegen, ganz nahe der Altstadt. Das Personal, mit dem wir zu tun hatten, war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Tolles Apartment in einer tollen Lage!

Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Das Apartment ist sehr neu, sauber und hat eine perfekte Lage. Die Parkplätze, welche man bei Bedarf dazu buchen kann, liegen auch direkt in der Innenstadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einem perfekten Studio mit Balkon.

Die Lage war perfekt, wenn man aus dem Haus kam war man direkt in der Fussgängerzone und und in der Stadtmitte. Trotzdem war es ruhig in der Nacht. Es hatte in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Restaurants und Cafés.

Es hatte keine Parkplätze direkt beim Haus, wir mussten im Thermenparkhaus parkieren was relativ teuer war.

Die ideale Unterkunft für Meran. Zentraler geht es kaum. Die Suite 3 (in der wir waren) ist für zwei Personen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super zentral, der Gastgeber ist super nett, unkomplziert und hatte noch ein paar lokale Tipps für uns.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein weiteres Plus zum tollen Appartement ist die Parkiermöglichkeit in einer abschliessbarer Einzelbox in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Appartement.

Super lokalizacja, nowoczesne wnętrze w zabytkowym domu, dobrze działające Wi-Fi, bardzo czysto. Spory balkon zachęcał by wypić kawę podziwiając architekturę i ludzi.
