Amazing location and breathtaking view!

Great location, very close to the center of Meran. 1 minute walking to the river and to the Christmas markets, as well as to supermarkets, pharmacies, and other shops. The apartment was very clean and organized. The host made sure we were comfortable from the start. The view over Meran and the mountains is breathtaking. The apartment has a lot of charm. The floor in the bathroom is heated, making it very comfortable during winter.

Location is excellent and the property is in a historical building. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a curious mix of traditional and modern...the kitchen being modern!

The main thing that the property lacks is comfortable chair(s) for reading! There is a good sofa and all the other furniture etc is very good.

Die Ferienwohnung hat mich besonders begeistert. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und besitzt eine wunderschöne, einladende Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckend ist, dass sie sich in einem außergewöhnlichen, historischen Haus aus dem 15. Jahrhundert befindet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich – man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen.

Eine der schönsten Wohnungen, die wir je hatten.

Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung war der Hausverwalter Alberto eine Seele von Mensch, ein sehr sympathischer Italiener, der gut deutsch spricht. Die riesengroße Wohnung wurde von einem Ärztepaar hergerichtet (wunderschöner Altbau) und bewohnt, das heißt es ist an alles gedacht. Im Juni war es trotz 30 Grad Außentemperatur noch angenehm kühl in der Wohnung, Mücken gab es (bei uns zumindest) keine. Unser Sohn konnte gut im Wohnzimmer auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen. Der schönste Platz für uns war der Balkon, an den Felsen gebaut mit Blick über die Stadt. Die Lage ist bestens, inmitten der Altstadt, um die Ecke vom Dom, dennoch ruhig (bis auf die Glocken am Morgen). Man kann von dort problemlos in wenigen Schritten den wunderschönen Tappeinerweg erreichen. Das Auto kann man in die nah gelegene Tiefgarage stellen. Wenn man einigermaßen Erfahrung hat, ist das Ein-und Ausfahren durch die Gassen kein Problem. Wir hatten einen Audi A6 samt Fahrradträger dabei und haben überall hindurchgepasst ;-) Für Fahrräder gibt es einen großen und sicheren Abstellraum im Erdgeschoss.

Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock, man muss also gut Treppensteigen können. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man dem Navi nicht blind vertrauen. Man kann nicht durch die Fußgängerzone fahren, sondern muss über die Zenobergstrasse durchs Passeiertor fahren. Eine Liege auf dem Balkon hätte uns noch gut gefallen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Heerlijk ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Mooie badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die altijd wil helpen.
