La posizione ottima a pochi minuti sia in macchina che con l'autobus di linea pubblico la città di Merano. Posizione a piedi vicinissima della fermata. Vicinissimo attività commerciali, a piedi.

le dimensioni dell'appartamento

Purtroppo non ho avuto una buona impressione, all'arrivo non ho trovato nessuno al telefono per una problematica sulla consegna delle chiavi, che in effetti erano state messe nel posto sbagliato, è vero che al momento della prenotazione ti mandano una mail con le indicazioni, ma non tramite booking, ma tramite indirizzo mail, e quindi io che ho prenotato in maggio francamente ho faticato a ritrovarla, se posso dare un consiglio la manderei pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo. In più all'entrata sembrava più un magazzino deposito bagagli che una reception, scatoloni in ogni luogo, di ogni genere. La signora che mi ha risposto al campanello si è adoperata per aiutarmi in maniera molto gentile (mamma della proprietaria che ha anche lei faticato a rintracciare la figlia per avere supporto). Consiglierei una nota di attenzione alla biancheria da letto, che era macchiata e come lenzuolo sotto, solo un copri materasso nulla di più. Gli asciugamani per il bagno erano ancora umidi. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento molto confortevoli, ma una pentola un po' più grande per cucinare non guasterebbe. Insomma molti punti di miglioramento a mio avviso.

Qualche criticità...

Struttura grande e spaziosa con due camere matrimoniali con una bella terrazza vista montagna,bagno nuovo con doccia,in zona comoda da raggiungere.

Formiche in cucina sul piano cottura,( gia segnalate in un altra recensione avrebbero gia dovuto risolvere il problema da tempo) mancanza di spugnetta per lavare i piatti,bollitore pieno di calcare inutilizzabile...peccato perché la struttura avrebbe buone potenzialità.

L'appartamento era caldo e confortevole, pulito e con un affaccio meraviglioso sui monti. Situato in un posto silenzioso ma vicino a tutto, in 5 Min si raggiunge Merano. Spazzature poste appena fuori, stra apprezzato per mantenere casa pulita senza dover fare migliaia di scale

No nos gustó la actitud de la dueña y pasamos frío, las vistas del alojamiento son muy bonitas

La terraza, la ducha y las vistas son muy bonitas.

No tenía mantas, pasamos frío, y la calefacción tiene sus horas, además, la de la habitación principal no estaba purgada, deberían de estar especificadas en la descripción del alojamiento. Le solicité a la dueña mantas extra, y me dijo que solo proporcionaba un edredón por persona que ella también lo usaba y no pasaba frío, pero nosotros sí pasamos frío. Además, la dueña no fue muy agradable, nos dijo que no era un hotel que era un apartamento… bueno nada más a comentar.

Eine tolle Wohnung, der aber die Liebe fehlt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben wirklich gut geschlafen. Die Badezimmer sind scheinbar vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden. Der große, überdachte Balkon ist ein Highlight.

In der Küche war bei unserer Ankunft leider das Geschirr nicht wirklich sauber. Nach einer Mail an die Vermieterin wurde aber sofort nachgebessert. Die Ausstattung/der Zustand der Küche ist aber generell nicht gut. Es gibt nur einen (kleinen) Topf, das Besteck ist nicht vollzählig, der Kühlschrank ist extrem vereist. Die Arbeitsplatte zeugt davon, dass die Gäste nicht sorgsam damit umgehen. Gleiches gilt für die fleckige Wand hinter der Küchenzeile und die Blenden an Kühlschrank und Schränken. Von vier Stühlen sind zwei sehr wackelig, teilweise sind die Beine sogar verbogen. Der große Balkon ist wirklich ein Traum. Allerdings ist der hintere Teil (unter dem Wein) so dreckig gewesen, dass wir ihn lieber nicht genutzt haben. Auch die Polster draußen sind sehr fleckig. Im Badezimmer sind Behälter für Seife installiert. Diese sind allerdings leer - was generell in einer Ferienwohnung ok ist. Aber dann bräuchte man sie auch nicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief ausschließlich via Mail. Persönlich gesehen haben wir nur die Reinigungskraft. Das "Warenlager" im Flur wurde ja auch schon häufiger erwähnt. Aber der (undefinierbare) Geruch dort war für uns auch wirklich unangenehm.

Cucina sporca e piena di formiche nonostante si paghi ben 60 euro la pulizia della camera. Avremmo voluto fare colazione ma non ce la siamo sentita per la sporcizia (vedi foto). Cioccolatini sul cuscino sarebbero stati apprezzati se non fossero stati stantii. Richiesta di check out alle 10 non accolta.

Sans charme. Les poubelles dans l’entrée génèrent une forte odeur peu agréable lorsqu’on arrive. Par ailleurs, difficile de se garer dans la rue, nous avons du ressortir deux fois pour trouver une place.

Riesiges Apartment mit toller Terrasse. Die Bäder waren neu renoviert und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Check in und Check Out waren unkompliziert.

Man könnte den Koch & Wohnbereich noch etwas erneuern und mit ein paar neuen Möbeln ausstatten. Das war etwas veraltet aber trotzdem in Ordnung.

Ottima posizione, proprietaria sempre molto gentile e disponibile, appartamento ordinato. Letto molto comodo. In generale lo consiglierei.

La pulizia è buona ma migliorabile. Un po' carente la cucina: non c'è la bilancia, non c'è il microonde e nemmeno il freezer, lo scolapasta è adatto solo a formati molto grandi in quanto ha i buchi grossi, non si può scolare il riso o la pastina ad esempio.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Die Badezimmer und die geräumige Terrasse sind sehr schön. Wohn/Schlafbereich ist geräumig und das Bett bequem.

Die Küchenzeile ist ausreichend. Jedoch zum Zubereiten von größeren Mahlzeiten bzw. für mehrere Personen ist sie nicht geeignet. Etwas mehr Handtücher wären wünschenswert gewesen. Leider sehr hellhörig.
