Pleased with my stay

It was a spacious and nice room. We booked one with a share bathroom, which was clean and pleasant to use. The place has got all the necessary facilities to make you feel at home.

It doesn't have enough space for car parking, probably because the accomodation is located in the centre of the town, so it depends what you want to compromise. However, the hosts were very lovely and suggested the most convenient car parks located nearby.

Perfect Place to Stay in Merano - Historic Rooms

Robert was so helpful. Whatever we asked he did right away. Even taking our ice blocks to put in his freezer.(thank you Robert) Everything was spotlessly clean. Great bathroom, shower. Kitchen had everything we needed including tea and coffee, condiments. And location was great, in the centre of everything. (as it's in a main street, some noise in evening if windows were open). Price was very fair. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was immaculately clean..unbelievable really and there is a resaon for that, on my first morning i meet the lady who cleans the apartment, very nice and pleasant person obviously a very attentive to details aswell, great job! The checkin and checkout went super easy, communication with the owner the same, simple and easy. Thanks very much i would recommend this to anyone staying for a few days for sure

Downtown shared apartment

The place has a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. It's like a shared appartment, with the plus and minus that go with it. Worked out well for us. Kitchen is well equipped. There is also a washing machine. Room clean and confortable. Quiet in winter, although rooms are street side so it can certainly get noisy in summer. We managed to use the free parking near the train station. On friday it's market day so we would park in the street the day before, Much better solution that the expensive parking they advertised (karl wolf).

It can certainly be noisy, either from the street or the other roommates. A lot of codes to go through to get there. No parking included in the property. A bit pricy for a 'budget' place.

Very good

Everything was just perfect: the clear and detailed explanations of the owner how to get to the apartment, how to check-in and the possibility to park a small car. Location is amazing – in the heart of the city. The room itself and the shared bathroom and kitchen were clean and well equiped. In our view this appartment offers an excellent price-quality ratio for Merano.

Just for information: there is no AC in the room - in summer it could be hot.

Exceptional

We stayed here after a week-long hike, and it was just perfect. Very clean. Comfortable beds with fresh sheets and greatly positioned. even though facilities are shared, it feels private. Kitchen has everything you need for breakfast, though we haven’t used it. Small details and complimentary water is a nice touch.

Superb

Exceptionally friendly hosts and they always replied very quickly when we had questions. The room is beautifully furnished and the bed is comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are fine. There is a washing machine which was very helpful for us.

The only small downside was that it was very hot in our room. The hosts tried their best with a fan (thank you) but it was still hot during the night.

The apartment (3 bedrooms) has a shared kitchen and bathroom, which where very nicely equipped and clean. The bedroom was very big and had everything we needed. There is a nice opportunity to store bikes. It's very central and the owner was very friendly. Highly recommended :)

the Host was amazing and extremely kind

honestly value for money was not definitely there. a room with shared bathroom for almost 200 euros was actually a shame. moreover the shared bathroom needs to be cleaned more times per day and other guests were very noisy in the morning.

Wonderful stay!

The location of Rosa Rooms Merano is fantastic! Across the street to the city center of Merano. The apartment and bedroom were clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. Although there was no face-to-face interaction at check-in, Laura was very personable and made herself available for anything during our stay. She provided detailed information about our check-in and check-out, which made both very easy. She called after our departure because we had left an item in our room and offered to mail it to us. We were really appreciative of this! We did not use the kitchen during our stay, but it was well-equipped had we wanted to cook. Thoughtful touches such as coffee capsules for each morning we were there. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We did not experience any issues with the apartment.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, schönes Zimmer, Empfehlung!

Die Fenster und Türen haben Geräusche sehr sehr gut abgehalten, das ist für Italien schon besonders. Man hat weder die Straße gehört, noch wenn andere Gäste gekocht haben. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Lage optimal. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad sehr geräumig und angenehm. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Eine Verbesserung wäre, wenn jeden Tag der Küchenmüll geleert werden könnte statt nur am Abreisetag von Gästen. Der Check-In war unkompliziert, da digital, aber man trifft kein Personal, um nach Tipps für Ausflüge zu fragen. Die Touriinfo ist allerdings direkt um die Ecke. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, aber 60 € für ein Zimmer ohne Tisch und mit geteiltem Bad ist trotzdem recht teuer.

Ottimo soggiorno in centro!

La struttura é molto comoda, nel pieno centro di Merano. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura se si ha un’auto abbastanza piccola. La camera era confortevole e pulita così come il bagno comune. Non abbiamo usufruito della cucina ma era molto attrezzata con caffè e tè in omaggio. Comodo anche il self check-in e check-out.

Il bagno in comune è grande e pulito, ma per essere in linea con il resto della struttura, che è completamente ristrutturata, potrebbe essere rinnovato ed eventualmente suddiviso in due bagni più piccoli.

È stata un'ottima scelta soggiornare al Rosa Room Appartments! Siamo assolutamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno! Laura e Roberto sono gentilissimi. Camera bellissima con una finestra grande e molta luce naturale. Super pulita e calda. La posizione è eccellente per passeggiare e scoprire le bellezze di Merano. Le terme sono a cinque minuti a piedi, così come la "Passeggiata Tappeiner". Sicuramente torneremo!"

Zimmer ist bester Lage

Zimmer waren groß. Fenster zur Straße . War sehr laut und warm. Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch wenn wir nichts gebraucht haben. Sehr schön war der Mail-Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Top Lage, aber kaum erholsamer Schlaf möglich

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich absolut zentral, mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen, die das mit sich bringt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist ausgezeichnet. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert, und das gesamte Konzept funktioniert reibungslos.

Wir haben vor der Buchung wie immer alle Bewertungen sorgfältig gelesen. Die wiederholt erwähnten Beschwerden über den Lärm haben wir nicht ignoriert und uns entsprechend mit Oropax vorbereitet. Nach zwei Nächten muss ich jedoch sagen, dass ich das Problem unterschätzt habe. Die Wohnung ist sehr warm und ohne geöffnetes Fenster lässt sich kaum schlafen. Der vorhandene Ventilator bringt nur wenig Abhilfe, da er die warme Luft lediglich umwälzt. Öffnet man das Fenster, hat man entweder den Strassenlärm oder Insekten im Zimmer. Selbst mit Oropax war erholsamer Schlaf für mich kaum möglich. Sehr schade, denn die Unterkunft ist sonst wirklich hervorragend. Ich würde sie dennoch nicht noch einmal buchen, weil mir guter Schlaf einfach wichtig ist.

Sehr heiß im Zimmer. Keine Klimaanlage (Ventilator vorhanden) Ohne offenes Fenster ist das Schlafen wegen der Hitze unmöglich. Mit offenem Fenster ist das Schlafen wegen der Menschen draußen und der Autos und Busse nicht möglich...
