Very hard to say I liked anything about the property

Very poor quality. It was like staying in student digs. No bath towels available, only small hand towels available and they looked dirty. Dish washer full from previous occupants.Bad odour in bathroom. Room was 'deluxe' with terrace. We had no terrace or even balcony. Owner was extremely rude and aggressive towards me . I said I didn't want to stay and he said fine, but we will charge you full amount ! We were on a motorbike . Parking facilities (as suggested on his arrival instructions ) did not allow motorbikes. It was a problem as we later found out. Owner would not answer phone to help. Terribly disappointed .

Central location. Self catering with stovetop, plates and cooking utensils. Friendly manager giving access. Good wifi. Fan supplied as the room gets warm.

The responding email was not translated to English at all. The way of access was through a phonecall to the manager. As a tourist I did not have phone call capabilities, only WhatsApp. There was no onsite parking as indicated. The apartment appointed was not as large as the photos depicted.

Budget room but could be improved

Excellent location and adequate facilities

The room was nice enough and a decent size but the bed and pillows were not so comfortable. It was really hot during my visit so sleeping without the option of air conditioning might be difficult for some. The communication could have been better, I had a check-in request that was never answered and the phone number sent in my confirmation didn't connect - it kept dropping part of the country code - maybe not the hosts problem but the details on the door itself were also out of date/incorrect so it took a little patience to resolve.

The location was excellent. Room was clean and wifi was good.

It was very hot at night, no fan and couldn't leave the windows open as it was by the main entrance staircase which looked into the room so had to pulled down the shutters :( The location of the room was not good at all, too much noise from outside

great location, spacious room, very friendly and sophisticated owner

Breakfast, luggage room and parking not available. Other city contacts finally told us about free parking at the main station after lots of own research. Since parking in the price garages (nearly 30€/night) isnt insured either, there's no real security benefit of parking there.

Exceptional

The apartment is located on top of the old city center. We went down the elevator and were in the passage. The apartment was well-equipped with all the required kitchenettes. The owner was very nice and we had an interesting discussion about the history of the town. Price was excellent for the location.

Good

Apartments are placed in the center of Merano, on the shopping street, very close to all facilities. The window of our apart fased to the internal part of the building so it was quiet. The apart consisted of the large bath room (with shower) and one not very big living room with little kitchen ( frige, washing mashine, electrica kettle, + all necessary stuff), table, wardrobe and big bed. Everything was good but not too much place to move around the bed.

1. it is extremely hot , we could not sleep week until 5:00 2. pictures does not reflect reality 3. bed is uncomfortable and bed sheets are under all criticism 4. towels are super small, they does not even feet on my head. they are not shower towels. 5. min e had only soap in our shout, so no shampoo or conditioner like it is described on bioking 6. there is no coffe maschine 7. there is no bottle of water 8. you can here every single from your neiborgs, because of poor sound isolation. 9. it took for us more then 15 minutes to find a location after we parked. no signs . it was out worst experience in entire life. we understand that this is a budget variant. but it was under all standard. unacceptable!!!!

All in all it was good place to stay, just very expensive for just an apartment without any service

Very nice location in the centre of Merano. The room was big and clean, we even had a dishwasher :D We really appreciated the ventilator because it was really hot during our stay.

Lady who gave us keys was very nice but could not speak English. She spoke only german to us, so it was kind of hard to communicate but we managed somehow. Also, the apartment was nice and in the center but it was sooo expensive for just a place to stay without any hotel services.
