Klein aber fein! Das Hotel wird sehr engagiert und freundlich geführt, die Zimmer sind schön, das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich. Lage ruhig und Bushaltestelle gleich ums Eck.

The Zima is located well for walking to both the city centre and the Trautmansdorff Castle gardens (well worth a visit), and is in a quiet residential area. The room was large, reasonably comfortable and clean, with a huge bathroom. The lady that runs the place is very friendly and welcoming. There is onsite parking (which is a little tight if the hotel is full). Good choice of food at breakfast and good quality.
The breakfast room is a bit cramped though you can eat out on the terrace if the weather is nice. The rooms look a bit dated, with mismatched furniture but that's a personal choice.
