Charming stay with friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

Charming old-world atmosphere with superb breakfast and friendly staff. We valued the daily walk recommendation and offer of lists to the start. Good car park on site.

Our room was particularly noisy both from the road and hotel noise (vacuuming at c0700?). We did notice that we alone did not benefit from a second sound-proofing door. We also struggled with the firm mattress but a toller was provided which helped.

Disappointing

Room did not look like as in the pictures. We had carpet instead of Parkett. We did not stay in the main house but in a building in the back that did not have the same flair. And finally, and the worst: the entire hotel does not have air conditioning. It was 40 degrees outside and the same temperature inside 24/7. The fan provided by the hotel after we complained did not help at all. We were with a 4 month old and we did not receive any help nor a refund which is ridiculous considering we paid more than 800eur for 3 nights

A stunning and historical property, excellently maintained. We loved the lift, decor, old world refined luxury. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Garden and pool were beautiful. Hotel was refined and felt exclusive.

Breakfast was ok. You could order separate eggdishes and prepare fresh orange juice and vegetable juices, coffee or tea. Staff was extremly nice and helpful to make sure we felt comfortable.

Bathroom had no window and the wood tiled floor in the room squeaked when you walked around.

Ci hanno messo in un’ala laterale senza avvisarci. E soprattutto l’hotel che dispone di una buona colazione non ha ristorante e quindi la sera non è stato possibile rilassarci in hotel dopo uso della graziosa Spa perché costretti a scendere verso il centro di Merano alla ricerca di un buon ristorante

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das Frühstück war excellent. Frisch gepresster Gemüsesaft und Orangensaft konnte man selbst zubereiten oder das freundliche Personal übernahm die Zubereitung. Eine grosse Auswahl von frischen Beeren und Früchten, viele verschiedene Brötchen und Brote, etc etc alles was das Herz begehrte. Der Inhaber des Hotels fährt die Gäste sogar täglich an einen Startpunkt eines Waal Pfades.

Wunderschönes, altmodisches Hotel, großartiges Frühstück. Der Empfang war fürstlich: Wir bekamen an der Rezeption zuerst ein erfrischendes Getränk und warme feuchte Tücher - was für ein schöner Service! Wunderschöner Pool und Garten, toller SPA Bereich.

Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, im Sommer vermutlich arg warm, obwohl man auf Anfrage einen Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt.

Wenn Meran, dann ins Adria

Es ist ein Haus mit Charakter. Und das spürt man im ersten Moment, wo man das Hotel betritt. Wir wurden wunderbar herzlich von freundlichem Mitarbeiterinnen willkommen geheißen, sind über alte Terrazzoböden gelaufen, mit dem ältesten Fahrstuhl Merans gefahren und haben ein traumhaftes Zimmer mit altem Parkettboden zugewiesen bekommen. An jeder Ecke gibt es liebevolle Details zu entdecken. Alles ist sehr elegant und stilvoll und wird gehegt und gepflegt. Wir haben in sehr gemütlichen Betten geschlafen und wer beim Frühstück nichts findet ist selber schuld. Die Damen hier sind ausgesprochen aufmerksam und haben für jeden ein freundliches Lächeln. Der Wellnessbereich ist absolut ausreichend und das Schwimmbad verfügt noch über ein Marmorbecken. Es ist traumhaft schön. Zudem verfügt das Hotel über einen Parkplatz. Der Weg in die Stadt ist nicht weit und man bekommt direkt zur Begrüßung eine Busfahrkarte, mit der man sämtliche Busse kreuz und quer in Meran und Umland nutzen kann. Wir waren leider nur drei Nächte hier, aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals an die vielen sichtbaren und unsichtbaren Heinzelmännchen, die dieses Hotel zu dem machen was es ist, ein Haus mit einer Seele.

Das Ambiente ist einzigartig, der Service am Empfang ist großartig, kleine Details zu der Hausmeister, und die Zimmer Mädchen, alles super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist außergewöhnlich schön gewesen und wir konnten ihn genießen.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und exzellentem Frühstückbuffet, aber auch hohem Preis.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier und ca. 10 - 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Personal generell sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmerbar war nur mit 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser ausgestattet, die nicht nachgefüllt wurden. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde die fast leere Käseplatte wiederholt nur auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt.

La colazione era deliziosa con materie prime di pregio e tutto lo staff è stato fantastico. Camere perfette e zone comuni idem. Si vede che c’è un’attenzione da parte della proprietà a far sì che i clienti ripartano soddisfatti e questo si trasferisce evidentemente a tutto il team. Cercheremo di tornarci assolutamente.

Das Hotel liegt zentral aber sehr ruhig im Meran! Alle waren sehr nett und höflich. Ein Tolles Frühstück. Ach die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher unterstellen.

Ein echtes Grandhotel mit schönem Ambiente und tollem Frühstück

Tolle Lage nahe dem Zentrum. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die EInrichtung ist stilvoll und entspricht einem Grandhotel alten Stils. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Das Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Abends war die Bar ein gemütlicher Ort mit Personal, dass alle Wünsche erfüllen konnte. Ein großartiges und vielfältiges Frühstück rundete den Eindruck trefflich ab. Das Angebot war für die unterschiedlichsten Geschmäcker geeignet, ob gepresster Orangensaft, Omelett aus der Küche oder Joghurt mit frischen Früchten, es war ein Genuss.

Angesichts des allgemein sehr positiven Eindrucks, fällt als Kritik nichts ins Gewicht
