Can't fault it.

Staff immensely helpful. Worked valiantly to get us our South Tirol Card by email (because it gives visitors the run of public transport throughout South Tyrol for free) before we arrived. They do laundry very well at a reasonable price. The Residence is located on a tree-lined street, in walking distance from the old town and the river. Our 12-year old loved the pool and it was difficult to extract her from it. The pool is clean though not particularly large.

The location is great. The apartment was very comfortable, well equiped and clean. It has plenty of space and it was always at the right temperature. The staff is very kind and helpful, and always reachable. All around, a great experience! I would love to come back soon!

Super Lage

Super Lage, sehr zentral gelegen, alles in der Nähe (Geschäfte, Bäcker). Mit der Gastkarte zur Benutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kommt man bequem überall hin. Funktionales Appartement für Kurzurlaub.

Grundsätzlich war die Tiefgarage direkt im Haus sehr praktisch, aber die Parkplätze sind extrem schmal. Eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche, wie z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Essig, Öl ... haben gefehlt. Zumindest wäre ein Hinweis vor Buchung schön gewesen. Diese Dinge sind bei Buchung einer Ferienwohnung i. d. R. vorhanden.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet! Frühstück gab es auch gleich in der Nähe!

Das einzige was man verbessern könnte: Nachtvorhänge oder Aussenrollo's (wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und ohne Vorhänge fühlt man sich am Abend immer beobachtet) und am Morgen ist man gleich wach ohne Vorhänge 😉

Ottima soluzione trovandosi nel centro di Merano, zona Spa un pò piccola per la struttura che è ma molto bella in quanto nuova, appartamento essendo un pò retrò consiglierei piccola ristrutturazione!

Dejlig lejlighed med gode senge. Rent og pænt. Dejlig pool og spa området. Central beliggende og hurtigt adgang til centrum med gode restauranter og handle muligheder.

Køkken lidt sparsomt udstyret. kun lille fælles område - og ingen stue.

Schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Jederzeit empfehlenswert.

Lage sehr zentral - kurze Wege zu Bushaltestellen. Busse konnten mit dem Guestpass kostenfrei genutzt werden. Parken sehr gut (auf hauseigenem, abschließbarem Parkplatz). Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Hauseigene Sauna vorhanden - wurde aber nicht von uns benutzt, insofern keine Bewertung möglich.

Die 2. Schlafgelegenheit für die Kinder war das Klappsofa im Wohnzimmer / Küche, sodaß diese Räumlichkeiten abends nur noch bedingt genutzt werden konnten. Die Residenz ist trotz zentraler Lage ruhig gelegen - allerdings wurde die Ruhe leider morgens und abends durch die lauten Nachbarn, die eine Etage drüber gewohnt haben gestört (wofür die Unterkunft aber nichts kann) :-)

Pænt og rent. Gåafstand til den gamle bydel med masser af butikker. Parkeringskælder på stedet er helt fantastisk.

Prima ligging, niet geschikt voor een gezin van 4 met hond

Ligging is prima Onderhoudspersoneel werkt heel hard

Honden zijn op aanvraag. Wij huurden voor een week een appartement met 2 tieners en een hond. Voor de hond moesten we een aanvraag doen en per dag een supplement van 20 euro betalen. Dit werd op voorhand gecommuniceerd en hiermee gingen we akkoord. Eenmaal aangekomen blijkt dat onze hond niet welkom was in de tuin, enkel in het appartement. Het balkon was echter te klein om met 4 mensen op te eten en in de tuin, waar ook het zwembad staat, konden we de hond niet meenemen. Vanaf het balkon kon de hond ons ook niet zien want alles is dichtgemaakt met een zeil. Echt niet fijn en niet ideaal dus. Het was onmogelijk om samen op het gras aan het zwembad te zitten of te eten en dat ging dus ook niet op het balkon. Frigo is niet echt koud. Vast tapijt in het appartement… hoe hard ze ook het best doen om het proper te maken, het is niet proper.

Ich/wir haben uns im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ruhig. Es war sehr sauber, ordentlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es waren für zwei Personen genügend Handtücher vorhanden.

Die Klimaanlage war für die Hitze draußen etwas zu warm im Raum eingestellt. In der Küche wären Essig/ Oel/ Salz/ Pfeffer hilfreich gewesen. Der Pool hätte 2/3 Grad wärmer sein können.

Sentralt beliggende leilighet

Stor leilighet, sentral beliggenhet få minutter fra hovedgaten i Merano. Aircondition.

Vi hadde med hund, og de var ikke tillatt i hagen. Det var ingen grøntområder i nærheten av leiligheten, og det hadde vært fint å fått opplysning om forbudet på forhånd. Airconditionen støyet unormalt mye og det var vanskelig å sove.

Gut gelegenes Appartement mit Privatparkplatz und Außengelände mit Pool und Liegen und zweckmäßiger Einrichtung mit Klimaanlage. . Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereitss Personal.

Eine sehr laute und umtriebige Männerrunde war an zwei Tagen auch in der Unterkunft, sehr raumgreifend am Pool und laut bei der nächtlichen Rückkehr ...
