Best hotel experience that I had so far!

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The location, room, breakfast, parking availability, yoga classes, infinity pool and wellness, everything was in its perfect form!

As a suggestion, we would like to ask for more gluten-free options in breakfast (like fresh bread, müsli and cakes/cookies)

Wspaniałe miejsce wśród winorośli i jabłoni.

Sporo podróżujemy, nie mamy zbyt wygórowanych wymagań, ale ostatnio często, zwłaszcza we Włoszech spotykamy się z niewystarczającym poziomem czystości. Natomiast w tym hotelu wszystko było idealnie. Czyściutko. Pani Anna na recepcji traktowała nas jak wyjątkowych gości i gdy tylko podeszłam do recepcji czułam jakby na mnie czekała. Wyjątkowe doświadczenie. Miejsce prowadzone z sercem, z zaangażowaniem. Pierwszy raz zdarzyło nam się, żeby nasz pies był aż tak miło przyjęty - jak gość. Widoki dookoła zapierają dech w piersi. Oferta basenowo- saunowa bardzo fajna. Jedzenie wybitne a lokalizacja w sam raz na spacery. Wszędzie blisko. Po prostu magiczne miejsce!

Das aussergewöhnlich freundliche Personal, die gute und ruhige Lage (ca. 2 Min. bis zur Seilbahn nach Meran runter), schöner Pool, tolles Frühstück, allgemein sehr schönes Ambiente!

Die Sauna auf Pool Ebene zu klein wenn mehr als 2-3 Personen sie nutzen wollen! Wenn die Panorama Sauna im 6 Stock statt 65grad auch 85grad hätte, wäre es sicher kein Problem! Es 2x morgens recht laut im Haus!

Adults Only und das wirklich leckere, ruhige und entspannte Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse bis 11 Uhr. Wem das insbesondere wichtig ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wunderschöner Ausblick vom DZ. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Zur Lage: Man muss wissen dass man mindestens 10 min oder bis zu 25 min in die Restaurants ins Dorf läuft. Der direkte Bus vor der Tür fährt abends nicht mehr. Der vom Zentrum Dorf Tirol nach Meran, den man auch nehmen kann, schon, aber zur Haltestelle läuft man eben auch knapp 10 min. Und das muss man auch bei Regen bedenken. Bei schlechtem Wetter sollte die Sauna nicht erst um 16 Uhr öffnen. Netter Poolbereich, aber aus unserer Sicht nicht für einen ganztägigen Pooltag geeignet, weil zu kompakt/klein - aber das war auch nicht unsere Absicht, daher für uns so ok

Wohlfühlhotel durch und durch - wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Freundlichkeit des Personals, Ausstattung, Organisation (z.B. Trust-Bar, 24h-Shop, alles digitalisiert und unkompliziert), kleiner, aber feiner Wellnessbereich, sehr schöne Dachterrasse, leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Lage des Hotels mit gigantischem Ausblick in Richtung Schenna und Passeirtal. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und hatten im Vinea Suites einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub.

Da fällt uns tatsächlich nichts ein. :-)

Großer Wohlfühlfaktor mit garantierter Wiederholung

Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr Wohl. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen - quasi ein rundrum Sorglospaket. Das Frühstück fanden wir genial - Eierspeisen wurden jeden Tag - auf Wunsch - frisch zubereitet. Es war alles lecker und in einer sehr, sehr guten Bio-Qualität. Wir haben noch nirgendwo so gut gefrühstückt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Vinea sehr genossen und kommen definitiv wieder!
