Great location and host. Lovely city - the Trauttmansdorff botanical gardens are spectacular.

Location is excellent, amazing view from the balcony and bedroom window. Hannes replied promptly to our questions. His help was much appreciated as parking in the old core of Merano is rather challenging.

Internet (WiFi) was not working during our stay.

The apartment was at the attic of the building and no elevator ( this information was not provided when I booked the property), the furnitures are outdated, the wifi never worked during our stay, there was no hairdryer in one bathroom, although the host provided one on the second day.

Nice home abroad.

Wonderful views from balcony, very close to Meran centre, nevertheless quiet and relaxing.

No elevator, long staircase to upper rooms.

A bit expensive, but if the price was right I would stay there again.

Location very good. Centre of town. Apartment was a little small, and had no lift for suitcases. Staff helpful. Did have a washing which we used. There was no Sun on the building so the rooms were damp. They said something about having to turn heating off mid April or whenever, so rooms were cold but also damp, so our towels and clothes were damp. Had any Sun been shining in, that would have helped but it was not the case. I notice the Management work on the ground floor and leave the front door open every morning probably to let out the dampness. To be fair they did turn the heating on a little when we asked. e

Our suite was spotless clean and very nicely decorated. Perfect for a short stay.

The access road is under construction, and certainly since a while. Even though we informed the host that we were arriving by car, no information was shared about that the location was not accessible by car. However, they informed us by return of mail that no parking was available on site.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Turm-Suite: super Lage am Rande der historischen Altstadt! sehr freundliches Personal. unkompliziert online Check-in, schöne Ausstattung der Räume, zwei Badezimmer, Getränke im Kühlschrank, wunderschöner Balkon zum Garten mit genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Auch für unsere Fahrräder war Platz!!!

Im Wohnraum könnte ich mir solider Stühle vorstellen.

Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir waren in der Dachgeschosswohnung und konnten über die Dächer der Altstadt hinweg die Berge sehen.

Ganz ok., aber kein weiterer Besuch von uns.

Fussläufig alles sehr gut zu erreichen, entspannte Gastgeber.

Wir hatten einen Parkplatz mitgebucht (kostenpflichtig, aber unbedingt erforderlich, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist!), der war nicht einfach zu finden (telefonische Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber wurde bereits im Vorfeld angeboten) und etwas entfernt. Gepäck haben wir vor der Tür ausgeladen, da die Entfernung insbesondere mit dem Kopfsteinpflaster, nicht gut zu händeln ist. Die "Rezeption" ist mehr als spärlich besetzt, auch wenn der Gastgeber meist tel. erreichbar war, so fühlten wir uns ein wenig allein gelassen.
