Bathroom

Bad communication. Dirty walls in room. Air condition working only as a fan not cooling. Bed matress not comfortable and old. Coffee machine not working. Cleaning staff coming to room without nocking door. Very noisy in the morning.

We liked the staff being accommodating with offering us to use a storage cupboard inside the property when we arrived with big backpacks well before our check-in time. The place is designed well and is very stylish. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were stylish and featured everything you could wish for. The room is light and had 4 large double-glazed windows.

We arrived with the main floor lamp broken. It was fixable, but it didn't make a good first impression. The room had a/c, but this didn't seem to work very well. The coffee machine also didn't work, and we couldn't work out why. Maybe non-compatible pods were the reason. The location was relatively noisy. We were woken at 3am by what sounded like nightclub music. Fortunately, closing the windows made a difference, and we were able to fall back to sleep. The beds were big, but the mattress was very soft and not very comfortable.

Great location in the city center, all you need is just a few minutes walk away. Clean and safe space.

Unfortunately the side of the windows is looking inside the building where people walk up and down the stairs, so curtains need to be closed

Perfect for our needs, fully satisfied

Beautiful wide room, very clean and comfy in a perfect position for visiting the lovely Merano! Parking available in the nearby and good quality-price ratio, fully satisfied with the experience.

The view was not a blast, but everything else simply perfect for our needs.

Wonderful stay in the Center of Merano

The room was spacious, very clean and well decorated. The room had a coffee make with a selection of tea and coffee. The bed was super comfortable to sleep on.

After doing the self check-in online we never received an email with entrance instructions. But once I messaged them it was quickly sent and it was super easy to get in.

A great disappointment

The position was very central and comfortable for a city tour

The room was at 5° floor, the elevator has been broken for all our stay, there was nobody there, only a number to call for emergency. The room, on two floors, has only a little window upstairs to open for air recirculation and the temperature in the room was always too hot (there were instructions to not touch the thermostat). Moreover the stair in the room was in a useless and dangerous position, in the middle of the room, that made a big room completely unusable. We hadn't any blanket or cushion or towel extra and in the room there was neither a bottle of water or a little snack for breakfast. For 150,00 €/night it was a great disappointment. Not recommended.

Exceptional

Great location in the city center. Easy to reach restaurants and bars, stores and shopping area. Room is spacious, has a small fridge/coffee machine and plenty of space for suitcases/backpacks. A/C makes temperature very comfy, also in the middle of summer. Because of the pedestrian-only area, it is a very silent room.

Somewhat expensive, but still very reasonable compared to other places in the area.

Was comfortable and centrally located. Modern and fresh and clean. Had tea and coffee facilities which were very good too. Was tucked away so didn't feel crowded.

It was automatic check in with nobody around at all. Felt very impersonal and we had a problem with the code. This was sorted but we had to ring them. Bit of a hassle. No help with parking options and no information about local restaurants , amenities etc, not even a map. The air conditioning was rubbish. The apartment needed some maintenance to tidy it up a bit. There was no view of anything other than other walls.

Nice stay above the Laubengasse

The stay was overall rather plesant. The check in was really simple. The Room was very clean and tidy und quite large. The bathroom had an walk in shower and a bidet.The room we stayed in is extremly close to the Laubengasse and the river. Everything, including th therme is walkable.

The Beds were really unconfortable. The matress was lay through. The room had no view and the aircondition did not work quite well. But overall it was really quiet.

I asked to cancel the booking for the reason of problems and they confirmed it after to talk to booking.com and when I spoke with booking.com, they refused to do it. unprofessional and liars

A spacious room that feels like an appartment.

- interesting layout (one room on two floors) - everything was new - quiet room - comfy bed - very nice and clean bathroom - clear instructions on check-in, no key required (just a code) - in our room we even had some dishes and cutlery (as well as a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge), this was very useful and a nice surprise :)

The shower had no shelf to put soap/shampoo. The appartment would feel cosier if there was some decoration on the walls. But these are complaints on a high level and in fact everything was great, we liked the room and we would gladly come back there one day!
