Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!

Lovely hotel, looking a little dated here and there but comfortable and in a spectacular location. Great breakfast and very helpful staff

Location excellent. Parking inconvenient.
When we arrived, a very polite young male member of staff was extremely helpful. Reception was very cold. We also found a older waiter called Ukh very rude, because of this we decided not to eat at hotel.
Big shower head was reported as not working,,but was not fixed.
