I will stay there again

Very nice staff, very attentive and friendly. The location is optimal - close to the station and the city centre, very well connected with the ski resorts. The room was spacious and clean, the view from the balcony was amazing! I will definitely stay there again.

Something like a small electric kettle in the room would be nice.

A comfortable hotel with very friendly staff, ready to help.

The seventh floor hotel Lux had rooms with superb views of the mountains and large balconies. Staff were great and saw to our needs. Bus station is very close to hotel.

Woukd have liked to have an electric kettle /tea/coffee bags in room.

Eine direkte Aussicht auf die nahen Berge vom 7. Stock des Hotelgebaeudes aus, man sah wie die Sonne zunehmend die Gegend beleuchteten.

Hier fühlt man sich zu Hause

Wenn man das Haus in dem das Hotel ist, das erste Mal sieht, erschrickt man. Es sieht von aussen leider nicht so einladend aus. Aber das Hotel ist spitze. Roberta und Karl sind Engel. Sie helfen einem immer und lesen einem die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Ehrlichkeit fühlt man sich zu Hause.

Sehr freundliche und bemühte Dame, die sich liebevoll um die Appartement kümmert, die Aussicht über Meran, abgesperrter Parkplatz für unsere Motorräder

Erster Eindruck ein wenig eigenartig, da sich die Appartement im letzten Stock eines normalen Wohnbaus befinden, ist aber nicht wirklich störend

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, um die Altstadt zu erkunden oder auch mit dem ÖPNV unterwegs zu sein durch die Bahnhofsnähe. Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr nett.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war perfekt - gute Ausstattung, gutes WLAN und sehr gutes Frühstück!

Leider kein Wasserkocher und Kaffeeaufbereitungsmöglichkeit auf dem Zimmer. Lage war super, bisschen laut, doch nachts wieder ruhig.
