Breakfast was good but didn’t vary at all in our 10 day stay. It would have been nice e have a bit of variety.

Great welcome do to Andrea the receptionist. He helped us with luggage and advice visiting Merano. Restaurant, sightseeing and even for the wellness accomodation he provided slippers, towels and robes. He is the best !

a great, well-priced and well-run hotel in the heart of Meran.

This is a great hotel in the center of Meran. pay the extra for a room with a view on the promenade and the river. it makes all the difference! The standard rooms may be a bit dated, but everything is clean and functional. big bonus: the staff is very welcoming!

The windows are not double glazed, so you do hear the traffic a bit, but it’s manageable.

Lovely location right on the river in a lovely town. The hotel is very comfortable and offers a good buffet breakfast. It also has an excellent cafe/restaurant with good quality food

We were not keen on the bathroom arrangement in our room with the shower and bidet being part of the room itself while the wc was in a separate small room. It was very strange and not very practical.

Wonderful Hotel with great breakfast.

We stayed here over New Years Eve. We attended the hotels New Years Eve Dinner. We were very satisfied with this hotel the views were great, and the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very accommodating.

A lovely hotel in the city center

Friendly and helpful staff (especially Giulia at the reception and Ranko at the bar/restaurant). Lovely Classic room with balcony with all the necessary facilities. Excellent location on the river promenade, minutes from the city centre. Favourable arrangement with The Terme Parking across the river (€18 per day)

The so-called Designer room facing the back lane. A wild collection of gleaming pipes and mirrors - not our taste. But, more importantly, these impractical details: No towel dryers, in fact no towel racks at all! 2. No possibility to switch the lights, even reading lights, individually from both bedsides. 3.No normal writing table and no normal chair to fit, just some uncomfortable tabouret. The other room had all of this, and we had to spend a night here because we prolonged our stay and our original room was already booked

Great stay in a lovely town with access to lots of lovely restaurants with amazing food.

Great breakfast and amazing location. Situated right next to the river and in a super central and convenient place.

The room we got was very noisy at night. We could hear water moving through the pipes. the shower floor was dodgy. The pillows were not comfortable.
