Location was excellent with nearby parking. Set up of accommodation was very good.

Warm, family-run stay with modern, spotless apartments and a cosy café

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Aurélie and her family, who run the place with genuine care and attention. We regularly saw them at Kuntinos – the lovely café on the ground floor serving delicious light dishes (breakfast, lunch, snacks) and drinks. The whole family made us feel right at home. The apartments are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean – serviced daily with great care. The entire infrastructure is sleek and contemporary, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

There was no AC working and was very hot. Lucky we had some rain so we were able to sleep. Their Ac it is not working its very strange system as is meant to come from floors .

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Merano

We stumbled upon this incredible family-run hotel in the center of Merano, and what a find it was! Perfectly located right in the heart of old town with charming shops and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring. Originally, we only booked one night—but we loved it so much, we stayed for two! The hotel is run by the warmest, most welcoming family, who also operate the wonderful on-site restaurant and a leather goods store just downstairs. Their hospitality was truly top-notch—from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The suites are stylish, spacious, immaculate, and appear brand new! We almost don’t want to write this review because once the word gets out, it might be impossible to book again! :) The restaurant is absolutely worth dining at—so good, in fact, we ate there twice. Not only is the food fantastic (and they serve wonderful iced coffee—which can be difficult to find in Italy!), but sitting outside on the patio was nice and complete with plenty of adorable dog sightings. Merano itself is a stunning town, and staying here made our experience even more special. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Central location. Modern, clean and tastefully remodeled. Wonderful staff in hotel and adjoining restaurant . Every question we had was answered. Owners were very helpful with any needs, though there weren’t many. Besides being attractive and comfortable, the unit was functional and well provisioned. We felt at home ! The bar/cafe served an array of breakfast items. The coffee was excellent. Friendly staff.

Comfortable and beautiful

Location is perfect! It’s In the middle of Meran. Beautiful accommodation and has enough space. We stayed only one night so too bad we had no time to relax on the balcony.

It’s on the Main Street so we could not drive by and drop off our luggage at the hotel. The parking is 5 min walk away so it was a bit tough with luggage and a dog in a hot humid day.

Excellent stay Baby moon Trip

We had very pleasant stay at Kuntino Suites. Dominique and her Mum are very nice, helpful, knowledgeable hosts and gave as the best recommendation. The suites are huge and very comfortable and the location is the best you can get, right in the hearth of the town. Definitely we will come back.

Wow what a great stay and unfortunate that we only had 2 nights. I highly recommend these suites. The suite is large with wonderful decor and appointments that i'm confident would impress travellers. Dominique and her daughter Aurelie were amazing hosts. Friendly, full of helpful advice and made us feel we were at home. If you going to Merano this is definitely the place to stay. For us it was 12 out of 10. PS. Go on the chairlift to the restaurant and go on the terrace and order some wine and cheese platter, good views and relaxing few hours to spend.

Wish I had stayed there later.

Aurelia is an absolutely amazing host! Super friendly and she has a lot of good recommendations. The apartment is perfectly located and in short walking distance to a parking garage, restaurants, the river etc.

Nothing! Only a little advice if you like to sleep in the dark bring a sleeping mask, as some of the bed rooms are facing the hallway (no noise at all!).

After roughly 50 years of experience in Meranos appartments and hotels, this was the best choice.

I took the breakfast Italian style, and it was perfect, but the offered alternatives looked seduicing as well. The location is so central, that in the first moment I was in doubt whether it might be noisy, but this was not at all the case. You close the door of the building and you are immedately in a calm and luxurious area. The suite is modern and provides everything you need during a stay. It is the best starting point to experience the various attractions of Merano. We felt embedded in very warm hospitality by the owners.

We had just 5 days. A prolongation of the stay would have increased my satisfaction.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage.

Die Lage ist perfekt inmitten der Innenstadt. Superfreundliche Vermieter. Moderner Standart. Frühstückslokal bzw. Lokal gleich im Erdgeschoss. Dort kann man bestellen und das Frühstück auch in der Ferienwohnung zu sich nehmen. Schöner Blick aus dem Küchenfenster und der Loggia über die Dächer der Innenstadt in die Berge.

Die Bedienung der Rollläden und Dachflächenfenster ist supermodern, allerdings auch gewöhnungsbedürftig.
