The pools are quite incredible.

This hotel had practically no air conditioning. It was so hot at night and the pillows were absolutely terrible. We had a really hard time sleeping at this hotel and for the $400 price point this should never be an issue. I truly have paid a lot less and got a lot more.

Perfect stay to relax

We enjoyed a wonderful time at HTM . We loved the spa and pool area and booked several treatments . It was outstanding. The pool is wonderful and we spent quite some time every day. The breakfast and food was great and the entire staff made us feel warmly welcomed . Overall we spent wonderful days at the hotel . I don’t want to forget to mention - the hotel location is close to all city attractions as well . It was a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved staying there. The food was 11/10, the spa area was great, but could’ve been a bit more and the location was absolutely dead on in the center. We were mostly in the sky spa enjoying the views🩷

Already told reception about it, so it might be fixed, but the hairdryer in our room was only working for max. 10 seconds, then got too hot and turned off. So maybe take your own hair dryer with you just in case🤞🏼

The location was perfect to explore the city and parking was a great perk. The breakfast was exceptional with a great range of selection in addition to many beverages. The spa facilities and rooftop pool were stunning.

For the price, I think the room could have been a bit nicer. It felt very basic and a bit worn. We definitely expected a notch better. Also, the

Great, but it could be amazing.

We stated here for a second time, and like always, it was great! We enjoyed the big breakfast and 4-5 course dinner. The pools are always nice. The weather wasn't in our favor this visit though, we still were able to swim a few times. The relax room is great, but unfortunately some guests leave towels on the chairs all day and the staff does not remove them. So you might not get a spot. Otherwise, I had another great experience and I will return again in summer.

Some things of the hotel need to be updated. Soft close toilet lids and the style of the rooms. I also saw a few outlet covers that were loose or had fallen off in the hallways.I also think there was a toilet closer to the dining room, so you don't have to walk down 2 sets of stairs during dinner.

First time in this hotel, fantastic facilities, big enough so high comfort and privacy feeling. Excellent location, 1 min walk to the city center with plenty of shops, interesting places to visit, eating facilities and very nice spots. Top facilities at the Terme Merano, easy access from the hotel.

Recommend to publish that the access to the Terme Sauna caries and extra charge.
