We came back to have dinner at the hotel only to find the only option was a set 5 course dinner. They need a better option or a larger bar menu to provide for in house guests that do not want to eat so much!

Friendly hotel, great location

Lovely view from my room. Good swimming pool, lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. Location was fantastic, leisure facilities good.

Room was old fashioned and tiny. Lacked a lot of modern amenities such as usb ports, no separate shampoo and conditioner.

Für uns ein wunderbarer, erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel mit Flair in bester Lage!

Ein ganz besonderes Hotel mit viel Charme und Geschichte. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, liebevolle Dekoration. Aufmerksames Personal, vom Empfang über den Service, die Zimmerdame! Tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendmenü, und eine gemütliche, geschmackvolle Hotelbar! Die zentrale Lage ist einzigartig! Durch die Anwesenheit der beiden Chefinnen fühlt man sich noch mehr willkommen und geschätzt.

Dazu fällt mir wirklich nichts ein. Das war unser 3. Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal! Eine Kleinigkeit doch: Vom Parkplatz eine Rampe für den Koffer - aber das ist Jammern auf Höchsten Niveau.

Der langsame Lift - und dass wir steckengeblieben sind. Da sich auf den Vorfall niemand bei uns gemeldet hat, als wir ausgestiegen sind, scheint das ab und zu zu passieren.

Blisko do wszystkich atrakcji! Pani (podejrzewam właścicielka) na recepcji przy wymeldowaniu rano cudowna, miła i troskliwa. Czuliśmy się goszczeni nie obsługiwani. Na pewno wrócimy na dłużej! Schönes, ruhiges, ehrwürdiges Hotel

Wir hatten die Suite (302) im 3. Stock. Neben einer grossen Saunadusche im Zimmer und einem schönen Balkon, war das Bett sensationelle 2,5 Meter breit. Das Personal war super freundlich und Jonny von der Bar war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Auch hat es hinter dem Haus zwei Ladestationen für e-Autos. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und daher für ältere Gäste besonders geeignet. Das Schwimmbad und die Massage haben mir besonders gut gefallen.

Uns hat alles gefallen.

Meran eine schöne Stadt zum bummeln, laufen, wandern und der Meranerhof der idealle Ausgangspunkt.

sehr Zentrale Lage, in ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt. Schöne Zimmer mit Balkon mit Aussicht in den Garten. Sehr feines Frühstückbuffet, mit allem was man so will und auf Wunsch auch noch Omlettes.
