Scary hotel?

Newly renovated

- Room was 20 sqm but should have been 25. - Very bad and uncomftable bed with hard cushions - Early check-out (10) - Nothing superior about this room, very charmless - no door handle or lock on toilet - extremely slow and scary elevator (but new!?) - Very dark outside. Hard to find keyhole. - Our key to entrence door did not work - Unpleasant host lady. And she gave us wrong information about opening hours. - During one night the power broke down but nobody answer the guests telephone call. We succeded to restore the power after we found an electric central i cellar. This is a very strange hotel. Everything looks new but does not work. The owner seems not to have any ambition to give the guests the best stay as possible.

Awesome location and pool, little pricey.

Amazing location really close to downtown. The pool was amazing, we loved it. We picked the small Italian breakfast which was more than enough and great for us.

There is no AC and it’s pretty loud with the windows open. The staff was a little rude and seemed stressed.

Elegant stay, a stone's throw away from the heart of Merano.

Amazing location and building. It feels like being inside an elegant villa with the best location to discover the city and its beauty. I also loved the swimming pool and the garden!

The only downside was that I could hear the noise coming from the bathroom of my neighbours during the night. I could hear the water pipes and the toilet flush.

A pleasant and relaxing place to stay but the price is a little too high

Located close to the old town. Quiet and clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Light and reasonably spacious. Good parking facilities. Hosts friendly

Limited checking in time - between 3 and 7. Breakfast very basic. TV programs only in German. Inconvenient to have the toilet on the other side of the corridor.

The villa has a special character and includes parking. The small room was equiped with bathrom. Location is excellent.

Very early check out (10am). Limited check in period. The sewage sistem runs through the house so that it is very loud. I stayed in room nr.1 on the ground floor and was woken up by morning toilette visits of other guests on higher floors.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit Pool in bester Lage

Wunderschönes, sehr zentrales Boutique-Hotel mit fantastischem Garten & Pool, privater Parkplatz, sehr sauberes Zimmer und eine wirklich herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir vor Ort noch unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel in absolut bester Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar (Fußgängerzone von Meran, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Markt, Theater etc) Zu den Gärten von Schloss Trauttmannsdorf hält der Bus direkt an der Straßenecke.

Eine Oase des Friedens.

Ich war mit meiner Tante ein Wochenende in diesem traumhaften Hotel mitten in Meran. Es ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp, wenn man man die Ruhe sucht. Sehr schöne gepflegte Grünanlage mit Pool. la Signora gentilissima sia nel accoglierci sia in tutte le nostre richieste. gli ambienti curati ed accoglienti nei minimi dettagli… il gusto elegante della signora si vede in ogni angolo del albergo! Tutto è molto armonioso ed elegante senza mettere il cliente in suggestione … consiglio !

in una camera abbiamo chiesto l intervento della signora che tempestivamente è venuta a rimediare l inconveniente... Avrei gradito le lenzuola sul letto invece del sacco, visto il caldo del mese di agosto e la non presenza del aria condizionata

Struttura carina ma...

La posizione

La struttura è carina ma gli orari di accesso al check in sono molto limitati. Non c'è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in caso di necessità. Lo spirito di accoglienza e' pressapoco inesistente con personale algido. La camera era ok ma non c'era porta di divisione tra il bagno e la camera. Ai fini igienici e legislativi non credo sia accettabile ma mi sono adattato, visto la breve permanenza e la prenotazione prepagata. In camera era presente un frigo bar vuoto e un vassoio con bicchiere senza neanche una bottiglia d'acqua. Le porte delle camere sono da casa più che da albergo e si sente ogni tipo rumore proveniente dal corridoio, non permettendo un riposo decente. I lampadari in reception con ragnatele e polvere evidente. La struttura non sembra dotata di luci esterne nel giardino o non le accendono e alla sera diventa difficile rientrare. Ho dovuto utilizzare la torcia del cellulare fino alla porta di ingresso. Sembrava una caserma più che un albergo. Insomma, un po' piu di attenzione ai dettagli e amore per questo lavoro da parte della gestione, sarebbe da considerare.
