Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und wenn man Meran und die Lauben kennt, ist die Lage für eine (oder auch 2) Nacht perfekt. Das Frühstück, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg, ist ein absolutes Highlight und unbedingt empfehlenswert - min. 15 Punkte ;-) Die Kommunikation verlief einfach und gut.
Irgendjemand hatte die Klimaanlage auf "heizen" programmiert. Das war bei 35 - 38 Grad Außentemperatur wenig hilfreich zumal Lüften auch nicht möglich war. Die Räumlichkeiten liegen in den Obergeschossen und sind nur mühsam über Treppen zu erreichen. Die Schimmelbildung in der Dusche sollte zeitnah entfernt werden.

Esta en zona peatonal deberían anunciarlo, si viajas en coche o moto no puedes pasar, y debes andar con las maletas mas de 8 minutos. Tienes que entrar en un callejon, y subir dos tramos de escaleras incomodas y viejas.
