Perfekt for our one night in Merano

The breakfast was really good in the owners own restaurant. The location right in the center of the city was convenient to take short walks in all directions and being right in the center of action. The city itself is one of my favorites.

Unfortunately, our rest was interrupted by some loud (and probably tipsy) people outside on the street. Of course this is not the hotel's fault, but one should be aware that this might happen in such a central location.

Lovely rooms, horrible early morning noise

Location is excellent. Staff totally helpful and friendly. Rooms large, modern, airy, and comfortable.

The entry from the street was under construction for some unrelated properties. Messy, dusty. Also, extremely loud construction noise from the street started at 4:30-5:00 in the morning and was unrelenting well past 8. Impossible to sleep. So bad that we started laughing just too keep from crying. I know it's not the fault of the B&B, but beware...

The position is excellent but has a downside. Being in the very center is bad because at 6 in the morning the truck delivery start moving goods.

Lovely modern room and friendly owner

Very friendly and customer oriented owner(s). - I was able to check-in prior to the standard check-in times. - Breakfast time was adapted in order for me to still enjoy breakfast prior to my departure by bus. - Breakfast was delicious! Especially loved the homemade fresh bread and jams! - Easy and quick communication by text message. - Great central location and only 15min walk to the train station. - Modern and clean! Comfy bed! I slept very well. Thank you Luca, and thank you also to your wife for serving breakfast early in the morning!

Nice stay in a beautiful town with early morning unvoluntary wake up!

Nice and comfortable family room. Located at the very center of the old city.

Had to use public parking 300 meters with luggage - nice excercise. It also adds 15 € per day to the cost! A real hammer happens every day at 5:30 a.m. when heavy lorry delivers goods to the supermarket in the street under your window. You do not need alarm clock!!!

Die Lage, mitten in der Stadt, ist unschlagbar. Alles ist in Gehweite ! Großzügiges Bad.

Ab 3 Uhr nachts, kommen die Lieferanten, erst mit Transportern, dann mit kleinen LKW, dann große LKW, Fenster gekippt lassen ist nicht möglich, der Lärm ist zu groß. Zudem fängt um 6 Uhr die Kirchturmuhr alle 15 Min. an zu läuten.

Wir waren 2 Nächte da und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage ist top, zentral in der Stadt. Das Frühstück ist ungefähr 10 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt in einer Kochschule. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Einen Parkplatz gibt es ungefähr 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, ist selber zum bezahlen. Es hat alles gepasst.

Es fehlte der Zimmer Service, . Aber das haben wir gewusst. Die Treppe in den ersten Stock samt Gepäck ist für ältere Personen nicht besonders geeignet.

Mitten in Meran! Mega!

Die Lage ist unglaublich gut. Mitten in den Lauben. Direkt in Meran. Geparkt haben wir unkompliziert und nah in der Tiefgarage der Kellerei Algund (18€ für 24 Stunden). Tolles Frühstück in der Taste Academy, 500m von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir werden wieder kommen!!!
