Great views and great pool

We loved our stay here. The hotel had a great view and a great heated pool. The parking was good too. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was a good selection. The little touches of the hotel like free bike use, free passport stamps and a large balcony made our stay.

Fabulous hotel and staff would definitely come again

The Personnel, the location, the room, basically everything was really good. The breakfast was well organised and there was a good choice of different things for different people. The location was only 15 minutes by foot from the centre of Meran. Very peaceful location

Complaints only at a very high level. Breakfast only from 0800-0930 and if you come at 0800, you will be queuing if you come after 0830 there are hardly any rolls left and the choice of bread down to a minimum. Also the warm choice is pitiful, only scrambled egg and as soon as this runs out, usually by about 0830 it is not refilled. Finally, it would have been nice to have proper fruit juice rather than Nectar.

Friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast buffet. Clean and big rooms, hotel pool and garden is fantastic! We will definitely come back! :-)

Very good

The hotel has been recently renovated, with modern interior and traditional exterior. The automatic lighting in the stairway and hall is excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony was big and had a great view of neighborhood, orchards, and mountains. The outdoor pool was a bit cool, but nice for swimming on the warm days. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower design insures that the bathroom floor gets wet every time. There was a moldy smell from the shower, so we kept the bathroom door closed at all times.

Very friendly boss, very clean and big rooms

It started with a warm and very friendly welcome of the owner. Located in a nice area, walking to down town approx. In 10 minutes, the nice breakfast buffet and the clean pool are very inviting. We had a great time, happy with everything. Garage for the bikes was also helpful. Any time again.

Superb

The room was modern and comfortable with great view over the mountains. Very nice personnel, you can see it is a family business :) Parking facilities on the property.

Location is a little out of the city center but it is only a 12-15 minutes walk through a very nice area, with well kept, traditional houses. The bathroom door does not offer a lot of privacy.

Dieses außergewöhnlich gute Hotel war eine echte Überraschung für uns. Dieses familiengeführte Hotel trumpft mit einer hervorragenden Küche und außergewöhnlichem guten Service und Gastfreundlichkeit auf. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und das ganze Hotel blitzsauber. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Betten sehr bequem. Wir hatten überhaupt nichts zu meckern, ganz im Gegenteil, wir waren komplett begeistert. Wir sind sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen. Erwähnenswert sind auch die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Leihfahrräder. Das hat uns wirklich gut gefallen.

Perfekter Mix aus Preis und Leistung mit super freundlichem Personal

Tolle Zimmer, super freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und ruhige Lage. Kostenlose Fahrräder um z.B. am Abend in die Stadt zu fahren.

Dass wir beim Frühstück nicht in dem tollen Wintergarten sitzen durften. ;)

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel und sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Gastgeberfamilie. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und das Zentrum von Meran zu Fuss in nur 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das ausgezeichnete Abendessen, das sensationelle Frühstücksbuffet sowie die wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Pool (am 19. Oktober noch beheizt) und Liegestühlen sorgten für einen rundum erholsamen Aufenthalt. Herzlichen Dank.

Eigenlijk alles. De badkamer was netjes, de kamer zeer sober en het personeel was zeeeeer onvriendelijk. De ligging van de kamer was verschrikkelijk. Boven een parkeerterrein. Slechter kon het niet !

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Laufentfernung zum Zentrum von Meran

Das Hotel liegt - etwas versteckt und schön ruhig - im östlichen Teil von Meran. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, das Personal insgesamt sehr nett und zugewandt. Das Zimmer in Richtung Norden (zum Parkplatz/Hof) war sehr geräumig und schön, mit großem Balkon mit zwei Hochlehnern und Tisch. Das Bett war sehr gut, auch die Kissen (mit denen ich ja häufig in Hotels kämpfe). Das Bad mit Dusche war ebenfalls groß und alles da, was man braucht. Im Garten (Südseite) gibt es einen mit Solewasser gefüllten Pool, der auch gut besucht war. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Es war alles sehr gut - keine Beanstandungen! :)

Ampia scelta al buffet della colazione, tutto ottimo… Per quanto riguarda la posizione , molto strategica in quanto a piedi sei a circa un quarto d’ora al centro di Merano, questo è uno dei motivi , oltre al relax , per cui scegliamo di venire a soggiornare all’hotel Salgart👍

Tolles zentrumsnahes Hotel mit außergewöhnlicher Atmosphäre

Tolle Lage in ruhiger Umgebung neben Apfelplantagen. Ausserhalb der Stadt und dennoch ist die Stadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schöne Außenanlagen mit großem Pool. Sehr schönes ruhiges Ambiente

Top Hotel, Top Lage, einfach fantastisch!

Alles war perfekt, super sauber, freundlich, komfortabel, super Pool, sehr ruhig, fussnah zur Stadt, Parkplätze ausreichend, E-Ladestation mit gutem Tarif (0,5€ kw/h), top Aussenanlagen, super Frühstück, kostenlose Fahrräder, etc.

Die E-Ladestation sollte auf der Homepage erwähnt werden. 😀. Schuhlöffel fehlte.

Toller Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Hotel verbracht. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und extrem gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen und eine gute Ausgangslage für Aktivitäten. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
