Good value, potentially brutal parking situation.

Breakfast was great, location was central to town but out of the way so it was not crowded.

The parking situation in the area the hotel is is pretty brutal.

Comfortable and satisfactory

Pleasant and comforable accomadations in a very nice but predominantly residential area. Very good breakfast, nice pool, relaxing atmosphere.

A little bit out of town, so if you do not have a car it is a bit of a walk to the bus or to get into Merano.

Nice pool. Common areas very comfortable and modern. Good breakfast and nice outside terrace. Rooms with balconies niceset. Underground parking option (€10 a day). Staff pleasant and helpful

Rooms are functional and a bit characterless. Quite basic- no aircon, fridge, tea/coffee, safe etc. Long walk into Merano centre.

Not soap in the room on arrival and took two days to replenish. A restaurant booking was forgotten and we missed our preference.

Lovely location with great breakfast

We loved the quiet location of the hotel. It was clean and the room was very spacious and comfortable with great views of the mountains. The breakfast was exceptional, offerings wide range of breads, meats, eggs and fruit, also vegan options.

The lack of air conditioning was a real problem in this hot weather.

Friendly helpful staff .Comfortable lounge and self service bar.Great breakfast .Free bikes a real bonus.Pretty gardens and good pool .Quiet location with some fab views .

Hotel does not have A/C and there are no fans in rooms.Possibly not a problem if a cool night but beautifully hot when I stayed so sleeping was a problem. Bedding in my room could do with upgrade.However would definitely stay there again.

Brilliant!

A lovely hotel in a quiet location about 15 mins walk from the centre of town. Staff were very helpful especially Maurice. And breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend.

Breathtaking views and exceptional weather

Breakfast was great & the staff was very kind to me. As an Asian traveling in the pandemic, I haven’t been met with kindness along the way but my experience at Villa Laurus was a very positive one. I felt I was given appropriate attention as a guest and the staff was patient to explain to me in English. I really appreciate that since I was traveling alone. I felt very safe at this hotel.

A lot of fruit flies by the juice during the breakfast buffet.

A great address in Merano

Clean and nice hotel, nice pool and terrace to take drink and breakfast. Staff is supper friendly and helpful. Covered garage available. Modern, clean and quiet rooms. A great experience. I would recommend.

The hotel is located in a quiet lovely district but 15-20 min walk from the old town, easy to access but not straight at the center. The benefit however is a nice and quiet environment where you can relax from your day activities.

Great time, great place!

We went to see Meran for a short trip and wanted to have a nice, centrally but calm located place to stay over the weekend. Villa Laurus is a beautiful Hotel with great Service and phenomenal breakfast. It’s a good starting point to explore Meran or to go on a hike.
