Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel and grounds were beautiful, pools were lovely, plenty of parking, fine dining was beautifully presented. We liked pretty much everything!

Perfect hotel for a trip to Meran

The breakfast in the hotel was great. There was a lot of choice between various fresh products. The hotel offers a large underground car park, and you can also park in front of the hotel.

The elevator is a bit small, but it's manageable.

Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen gerne wieder

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Qualität von Schinken, Speck, Wurst und Käse, Obst und Gebäck war sehr gut. Im Wellness-Bereich haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Den Innenpool mit Gegenstromanlage haben wir ebenso gerne genutzt wie die Sauna und das Dampfbad. Auf den bequemen Liegen und Sitzkissen konnten wir gut entspannen.

Siamo stati ospiti altre volte di questo hotel. Lo scegliamo perché in zona tranquilla ma il centro è raggiungibile a piedi. La spa e piscina sono molto belle e rilassanti. Le camere sono comode e spaziose.

Ci dispiace non aver mai potuto provare il ristorante poiché in questo periodo rimane chiuso.

Sehr schönes und sehr freundliches Hotel

Ich hab schon lange kein so tolles Hotel mehr gebucht! Das Personal war super nett und bemüht, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer neu renoviert, die Bar und alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Wellnessbereich neu renoviert und alles super sauber! Die Lage perfekt, das Zentrum nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wunderbar erholsam

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Park mit Aussenpool. Da das Wetter nicht toll war, konnten wir den nicht nutzen und ich werde im Sommer nochmals kommen. Die Lage ist super, es ist ein ruhiges quartier und man ist dennoch relativ schnell in der Altstadt von Meran. Es gibt auch eine Busstation in der nähe. Der Wellness Teil ist sauber und hat einen Swimmingpool (innen) wo man auch gut schwimmen kann.

Großer Innen- UND Aussenpool. Wasser sehr angenehm warm. Am Samstagabend gab es am Pool ein schönes Event mit Esskastanien, Wein und alkoholfreien Getränken, Schinken und passendem Brot. Eine tolle Überraschung

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Das Altstadt-Zentrum ist zu Fuss in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Gratis Einstellhallen Parkplatz!! Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Hat leider noch Teppichböden. Diese waren aber sehr sauber.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit schönem Garten und guter Lage – einige Bereiche des Hotels könnten etwas moderner sein.

Der Garten ist wirklich wunderschön angelegt und der Poolbereich sehr gepflegt – ideal zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen: relativ zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Man erreicht vieles schnell, ohne auf Erholung verzichten zu müssen.

Anhand der Bilder und der sehr guten Bewertungen hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Vor allem die Außenansicht und die Flure sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. In unserem Zimmer war Teppichboden verlegt, was wir persönlich als eher unmodern und weniger hygienisch empfunden haben.
