Great stay :)

The place is beautiful, the rooms are new and have been refurbished recently. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is amazing, and the staff are really really nice and kind.

The A/C was set to hot for us , even bringing it to 21, it was always 25. Too hot for our preference. No internet coverage in our room at all. Wifi never worked in our stay.

Beware of the (deliberately) hidden charges….

The facilities are ok, although the playground is a little run down and overall the hotel overall feels dated. Definitely overpriced for what it is.

No air-con. Breakfast expensive at €30 pppn. Worst of all, however, was the €70 they added to our bill for ‘cleaning’ because we used a few plates in the kitchen of an ‘apartment’, which was essentially a room with a double bed, sofa bed and table squeezed into it, and a very small kitchen. We only stayed for 2 nights and were not notified that if we used anything in the kitchen we would be charged extra. They wouldn’t drop the charge, so I’m just putting this review here to warn other people, so they don’t fall into the same trap!

Stay for 4 days in May

The pool and the garden are really great. Breakfast includes a lot of different things really great. The staff is very friendly and its a very easy going location.

The rooms are a little bit old, but very clean. They offer electric charging for cars, but there is only a custom plug available, there is no charging station.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the room was too hot at night.

An absolutely beautiful and well kept garden. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The staff are really friendly and do their best to provide good service.

The room was furnished in a very old fashioned way. The kitchen didn't have any cleaning supplies- no sponges, no washing up liquid, not to mention a non-existing dishwasher. Worst of all, the room had no air conditioning! We were given a fan, but still it was unbearably hot at night!

Great location, private apartment, helpful staff.

It was very private and clean. A good location for a half hour walk to either the centre or the Gardens. Plenty of space in the gardens to relax. The hosts and staff were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was fully booked on both days of our stay although we could have had a brioche and coffee in the bar. The pool was a bit noisy, at times as there were a few young families.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in Meran, um unsere Hochzeit zu feiern, und das Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Das Personal ist unendlich freundlich und hat uns zur Feier des Tages mit extra Aufmerksamkeiten und perfektem Service einiges vom Hochzeitsstress abgenommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Super Ferienwoche!

Die sehr familiäre Athmosphäre und natürlich das ausserordentlich gute Frühstücksbuffet haben es uns sehr angetan. Daneben haben wir es genossen, nach einem Tagesausflug noch den Gartenpool benützen zu können.

Da fällt uns gar nichts ein!

In einer freundlichen familiären Atmosphäre haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Wunderschöner Garten. Sonst nie zweimal am gleichen Ort aber hier können wir uns vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Mega ! Gerne wieder ♡

Alle waren super freundlich und herzlich, man hat sich direkt Willkommen gefühlt. Es ist super schön grün, viele blühende Pflanzen und Highlight war der beheizte Pool ! Baden bei 28°C Wassertemperatur und Palmen und Berge um einen herum, echt klasse. Auch das Frühstück war top ! Viel selbstgemachtes und super lecker.

Vi havde en dejlig oplevelse i de 5 overnatninger vi havde i studiolejlighed. Der var rent og pænt, nyrenoveret lejlighed, super serviceminded og nærværende personale. Haven var velholdt med en masse rolige områder. Fint poolområde i forbindelse med haven. Hotellet ligger perfekt som udgangspunkt for vandre- eller cykelturer i Dolomitterne. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage hertil♥️

Wunderbares Hotel mit schönem Pool und herrlichem Garten, ruhig gelegen und tolle Gastgeber!

Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit wunderbarem Garten und Pool. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr herzliche Bedienung und einfach tolle Gastgeber! Super Gegend, sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten in die Stadt. Toll, dass man Fahrräder kostenlos ausleihen kann.
