What I appreciated most was Jacqueline’s exceptional hospitality throughout my stay. She was always available to answer questions and provide helpful recommendations, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
The room was very spacious, the bathroom was well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee she prepared was excellent as well.
A particularly thoughtful touch was the flexibility of breakfast service. Guests can request breakfast from as early as 7:00 AM, which was extremely convenient for me as I had to leave for the airport early in the morning.
Overall, Jacqueline’s warm hospitality, combined with the comfortable accommodations and excellent breakfast, made for a wonderful stay. I would happily stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay in this accomodation in Merano, our host was very helpful, the breakfast was great and the sauvignon wine was fabulous. We've gotten a slight discount on Merano Terme also. Parking was convenient in a closely located garage (for 17eur/24h). Overall we had a great relaxing time, thank you!

The room and location is good and convenient. The breakfast outstanding. Not the forget the service. The host was super friendly and helped us out on the sightseeing info.
