Absolutely wonderful , breathtakingly beautiful very enjoyable and relaxing.

The view, the whole experience was just lovely. Nestled around gorgeous mountains , it was a breathtaking getaway. Clean facility with every small request taken care of. Family run and so personal yet so professional . The owners were wonderful and spent time getting to know guests without being intrusive at all. One aspect that made it feel so good - you don’t have to keep signing off bills - they don’t even give bills when you’re there. But at checkout, they have a super clear billing. My wife did the lymphatic massage and said it was one of the most therapeutic experiences she has had. Our daughter has allergies and they made sure the room was clean and her needs were taken care of. We hope to go back. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was not very expansive and food was a bit repetitive (as are all breakfast buffets!)

AC was on and we had it on minimum, but somehow we couldn't cool the room enough. Maybe because the room was large and it was so hot outside.

Exceptional location for families.

Beautiful location with easy access both to Merano center (picturesque descent on foot) as well as Meran2000 area (not far away by car or bus). Very friendly hosts and staff. Great terrace and spa views. We visited the hotel as family of four and it fully fitted our expectations.

Struttura molto bella, servizi ottimi e pulizia davvero impeccabile e tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Colazione molto varia e di qualità. Il personale cordialissimo, ci hanno fatto un upgrade che abbiamo davvero molto gradito. Bella la spa. Molto comodo anche l’ampio parcheggio sotterraneo. Insomma…super!

Solo a titolo di critica costruttiva: in una junior suite sarebbe gradito il frigo bar.

die besitzer sind sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und herzlich. am service ist nichts auszusetzen. das einzelzimmer ist nett, allerdings wie üblich, klein, im erdgeschoss und daher auch ohne balkon. sauberkeit und frühstück waren sehr gut. Es gab eine kleine Abendspeisekarte und die Möglichkeit abends im 300m entfernten Bruderhotel zu dinieren. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, ich war sehr zufrieden

Wir haben einen Familienurlaub geplant und uns bewusst für dieses Haus entschieden – eine Entscheidung, die wir keine Sekunde bereut haben. Vom herzlichen Empfang über den erstklassigen Service bis hin zur hervorragenden Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage war alles perfekt. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, absolut gepflegt und bieten viel Komfort. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Wellnessbereich, der keine Wünsche offen lässt – ideal zum Abschalten und Erholen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Traubenheim uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!“

Das Hotel war von vorne bis hinten stimmig. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstücksliebhaber kommen hier auf Ihre Kosten. Sehr ausgiebiges und frisches Angebot. Für ein Hotel ein sehr gutes Saunaangebot. Der Bereich war sehr sauber, immer frische Handtücher und Wasser vorhanden. Die Massagen sind nach langen Wanderungen sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
