Comfortable and spacious option just 15 min walk from the city center

Upon Check In you get a map of the town and a pamflet about the area which is quite nice. The parking opportunity looked limited if the hotel is fully booked, but was very practical when traveling to the hotel by car. The hotel itself is very clean and the room had ample storage space in big wardrobes - fit for those big winter sweaters. The room was also equipped with AC to keep the room nice and warm.

Upon Check-in they kept our documents for a fairly long time before being able to give them back to us. No safe in the room.

Excellent option for Merano

Very nice family-run hotel. Delightful owners. I had a balcony with mountain view. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Locked garage for bicycles. It's 10-15 minute walk to the centre.

Great stay for single traveler

The room was so big for a single person. it's the first time I find a room that is not a small space for a single traveler. Everything was very clean, with great taste, balcony with nice view. very quiet and 15 minutes walk from the city center.

There isn't something I didn't like.

Comfortable hotel in a leafy street off the town centre. Spacious underground car park space kindly provided

Burdensome paperwork at check-in. Multiple signatures and form filling. (Not much of a welcome after a long day travelling.) Also insisted on retaining passports which is not really acceptable.

Good breakfast. Rooms very clean. Air conditioning would have been good as it was exceptionally hot but not a major problem for just one night. Quiet position about 10 - 15 mins. from centre.

Hotel within walking distance of the city center, the "Trappeiner Weg" and the chairlift to "Tyrolo".

Not recommended with dinner via online portal. Service is not provided as offered, changes caused by the hotel are made without price transparency for their own enrichment.

Bellissimo ma si può sempre migliorare!

Hotel molto carino in perfetto stile montagna, le stanze sono super pulite e ho apprezzato molto che ogni giorno sostituivano gli asciugamani, letti rifatti e lasciavano tutto in ordine. Il bagno moderno con vasca e doccia é la ciliegina torta, devo dire complimenti! Colazione 🔝 abbastanza vasta la scelta sia dolce che salato, prosciutto buonissimo, succo di arancia strepitosa e pane ai cereali molto buono. Aggiungo ottima posizione dell’hotel a 10 min a piedi dal centro e la possibilità di parcheggio davanti all’hotel anche se limitato cioè chi prima arriva meglio alloggia, ma a 3 min c’è comunque un parcheggio ad ore da poter usufruire a pagamento. Ha del potenziale di miglioramento per il prezzo mi aspettavo di più ma nel complesso ci tornerei poiché ci siamo trovati comunque bene 😊

Purtroppo il primo giorno abbiamo scoperto che 2 servizi quali; ristorante e piscina scoperta non erano stati segnati correttamente su Booking, poiché é importante informare se questi servizi hanno un periodo di chiusura e sono quindi stagionali. (Allego foto di esempio di come é inserito vs come dovrebbe essere da aggiornare) Inoltre, all’inizio abbiamo trovato l’accoglienza alla reception un po’ fredda, forse sono un po riservati ma nei giorni successivi ci siamo ricreduti sono stati molto gentili anche a fare gli auguri di compleanno al mio ragazzo che faceva 30 anni il 1 gennaio! :3 Unica altra cosa da migliore è che nel periodo invernale la stanza era veramente calda cioè la notte troppo, quindi suggerirei di trovare una soluzione almeno per la sera visto che non è possibile impostare autonomamente la temperatura. Nel compresso sono differenze piccole ma importanti che sicuramente possono essere migliorate!

Das Hotel war für unseren Städtetripp super gelegen. Ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Frühstück war sehr gut, es hatte von allem etwas. Die Hotelbesitzer sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und humorvoll. Hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und freundlich. Würden Hotel wieder buchen.

Gibt kaum etwas zu bemängeln, vielleicht die Kopfkissen, waren etwas zu dünn.

sehr schöne Zimmer, einladend und sauber, auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Für Motorräder wurde mir ein Garagenplatz angeboten. Das Zentrum is zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Preis / Leistung ist sehr 👍

Wir hatten für das Motorrad einen Abstellplatz in der Garage.

Sehr unhöfliche Gastgeberin. Keine Klimaanlage. Beim Frühstück waren die Brötchen abgezählt, danach gabs nur noch Brot, usw..........

Super Aufenthalt, ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Ich bin schon zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Alles Top, sehr hilfsbereite lobenswerte nette Inhaber. Gutes Frühstück super Lage ein paar Gehminuten zur Innenstadt. Große Garage zum Abstellen von Motorrädern. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich möchte der Familie Brunner danken, dass sie einen so schönen Ort geschaffen hat sauber, ruhig und friedlich. Die Zimmer sind äußerst sauber und ruhig. Die Diskretion der Gastgeber ist einfach perfekt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist schlichtweg großartig, in einem der schönsten Stadtteile von Meran. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Perfekt, würde ich sofort wiederbuchen, gerne auch für länger

Hab eigentlich nur eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht gesucht für eine anschliessende mehrtägige Wanderung ab dem Martelltal .... Hatte hier einen super Glücksgriff: ideale Entfernung zum Bahnhof und zum Zentrum (alles zu Fuß leicht und schnell erreichbar und dennoch totale Ruhe!! Super Frühstück mit vielen hochwertigen regionalen Produkten - top! Hohe Qualität bei der Matratze bzw Ausstattung wie Tisch-Bettwäsche etc, modern und dennoch gemütlicher Frühstücksraum (war nur dort)

Im Zentrum von Meran gut aufgehoben

Lage, Pool, Parkmöglichkeit in Tiefgarage für Motorrad sowie Sauberkeit und Balkon sind TOP.

Das Zimmer ist ansonsten mal. Keinen Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher etc alles sehr sauber und auch sehr schlicht.

Schöne Übernachtung

Das Hotel, der Umschwung und Garten mit dem Pool war sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Schildkröten Cleopatra und Cäsar haben auch Hallo gesagt. Das Zimmer war gross und schön eingerichtet. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Herr des Hauses war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und lustig. Wir verbrachten eine tolle Übernachtung.

Die Herrin des Hauses war etwas mürrisch. Aber dennoch hilfsbereit aber eher auf der komplizierten Seite. Nicht wie der Ehemann

Hotel molto bello situato in una zona piena di verde a soli 20 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Buona colazione. Camera bella e moderna con balcone. Spazio esterno con tavolini e piscina circondati da piante e alberi. I gestori dell'albergo sono molto gentili.

Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage in einer noblen Straße, von wo man zu Fuß die Meraner Altstadt rasch erreichen kann. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und für jeden Geschmack ist immer ausreichend gesorgt. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass ich mein Motorrad kostenfrei in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage parken durfte.
