Great location, friendly staff, lovely place

Hotel: Great location as we were attending a concert, only a 10 min walk from the famous Gardens which were wonderful! Room: nice and spacious, we asked for two singles and there were two singles, the bathroom was very big, plenty of room. Only a bit hot, but we were on the last floor under roof so probably that was why. Breakfast: The room was nice, there was a chance to have breakfast on the terrace if we wanted too. Great selection on the breakfast buffet, lots of fruit and different types of bread, cereal, jams, honey and we were offered cooked eggs. Friendly staff. I'd rdefinetly recommend this hotel

Took us a moment to find the car park, being located in a tight one way room, could have been nice to know that we had to look out for it before the actual entrance of the hotel, but wasn't an issue, we managed:)

Wunderschönes B&B, sehr besonders und gut gepflegt - das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und auch sehr gut gefrühstückt. Einziges Manko: die Anfahrt mit ein großes Auto!! Unbedingt drauf Achten, dass das Navi euch über Dantestrasse und dann direkt Pienzenauweg (nicht die Jobmanngasse nehmen!!!- so wie unser Navi gezeigt hat. Wir sind beinahe stecken geblieben!)

Alles bestens! Nur die Anfahrt schwierig wenn das Navi falsch lotst. Unbedingt drauf Achten, dass das Navi euch über Dantestrasse und dann direkt Pienzenaunweg (nicht die Jobmanngasse nehmen!!!- so wie unser Navi gezeigt hat. Wir sind beinahe stecken geblieben!)

Ein Schloss mit Komfort und zuvorkommender "Schlossherrin"

Ein Wunsch, in einem Schloss zu wohnen und nicht auf den heutigen Komfort verzichten zu müssen, ging hier in Erfüllung. Dazu ein fast verwunschener Park mit separaten Teil für Sonnenliegen und Pool. Genügend Parkplätze. Wunderbare Umgebung, Schlösser in allen Himmelsrichtungen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, frisch zubereitet. Das Schloss befindet sich in Obermais, im gediegenen Villenviertel mit Obst- und Weingärten.

Das Zimmer hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf den herrlichen Garten. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Bedienung überaus liebenswert, bemüht und freundlich

Da es keinen Lift gibt, ist das Gepäck u.U. bis in die dritte Etage zu tragen. Für uns war das überhaupt kein Problem.

Gemütliches Schloss in charmantem Garten - ein besonderer Ort

Ein schönes Haus, mit herrlichem Garten. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gemütlich. Christina war sehr hilfsbereit nach unserem Verkehrsunfall und hat uns problemlos in Zimmer für eine weitere Nacht freigemacht.

Sprookjesachtig voor rustzoekers.

De locatie is een sprookje, mooie tuin rondom het kasteel. Ook het buiten ontbijten is heel sfeervol. Ook het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Bij het ontbijt was er wel vaak veel op, en beetje karig qua soorten brood en beleg. Flinke klim ook om alle spullen op de bovenste verdieping te krijgen.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het is een mooi gelegen kasteeltje uit de 14e eeuw, met een mooie tuin erbij Wij sliepen in de Orangerie, welke losstaat van het kasteel. We hadden een beschut privé terras wat heerlijk was. De kamer was ruim, de badkamer klein en gedateerd en met boiler dus beperkt warm water. Er was een koelkastje (stil) en een waterkoker om thee te zetten. Het ligt op loopafstand van Schloss Trauttmansdorf (aanrader)

Wij hadden het gevoel dat het matras zijn beste tijd wel gehad had. Er waren geen koffiezet mogelijkheden. Het (opzet) zwembad was niet heel schoon toen wij er waren. Het water begon groen te worden en er dreef van alles in. Het ontbijt was op zich goed, maar niet echt bijzonder. Als je zoveel geld betaald (170 euro per nacht) dan verwacht je dat dit soort zaken gewoon goed zijn.

Wir hatten im Turmzimmer übernachtet, WC und Dusche außerhalb des Zimmers, schlechte Entlüftung.

Es war einfach nur toll. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Der Park war wunderbar idyllisch. Viele schöne Rückzugsorte. Das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Zimmer ruhig und alles nötige war vorhanden. Das Frühstück war grosszügig und frisch. Parken kein Problem. Anfahrt etwas eng. Wir sind dann zu Fuss in die Stadt und mit dem Bus zurück.

Die Lage - ein Märchenschloss, einfach wunderbar. Bis man in das Zentrum gelangt dauert leider ein wenig - vl könnte man das ein bisschen besser in der Beschreibung kund tun. Die Zimmer - sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück - ausreichend, kleine Anregung - ein bisschen Gemüse wäre auch gut gewesen.

es gibt nichts zu verbessern, es passt alles in dem Märchenschloss. Vl kann man einmal ein gemauertes Schwimmbecken machen - das ist aber wirklich Jammern auf HOHEM Niveau. Weil das jetzige erfüllt ja seinen Zweck, es ist nur fast ein "Stilbruch" zum Ambiente,

Das Servicepersonal glich alle Defizite der Besitzer aus. Wunderschöner, im Gegensatz zum Zimmer, gepflegter Garten. Wer Morbidität und Degeneration vergangener Zeiten mit allen Sinnen erleben möchte, der ist in diesem Schloss richtig.

Wer diese Preislage aufruft, der muss auch liefern.1.Check-im am Anreisetag nicht besetzt.2. Bistro geschlossen , keine Möglichkeit bei 37° ein Getränk zu erhalten. 3. kein abschliessbarer Schrank im Zimmer. 4.Ventilator sehr wahrscheinlich vor der Jahrtausendwende gekauft. 5. 1/2 l Wasser auf dem Zimmer, im Kühlschrank keine Getränke (37°) 6.am nächsten Tag keine neuen Handtücher, Zimmer nicht gemacht 7.es gibt keinen Pool, zumindest haben wir ihn nicht gefunden. 8.Am Anreisetag keine Hilfe beim Gepäck (50 Stufen)
