The view from our balcony was nice. The room was very clean.

I felt mistrusted when the receptionist asked me to pay everything in advanced. I said i d pay everything when we check out in the morning. She insisted we should pay now.

We are trying to come back to Aster Hotel in every visit in Merano. Like the location and the large room that we book, great breakfast and nice staff

For dose who want to stay in the center it might be a bit far, 20m walk to the Portici. But we like the walk along the river

Fantastic!

My mum stayed for a week during her trip to Meran and she really enjoyed her stay. Staff were super nice and helpful, room was nice and breakfast by the pool was lovely. Location was good with walking distance to town and the castle. Nice bakery and restaurants nearby.

Location was interesting

internet was non-existent in our (luxurious) room at front of hotel. There is no where to go to in the evening to get internet outside the room. Parking is very limited

Memorable anniversary trip

The staff are amazingly kind and always happy to help in anyway possible. The breakfast buffet has a large variery of choices and the staff bring fresh coffee to the table. A nice walk to the city centre on the lovely walking paths abs what a wonderful city Merano is, full of lovely restaurants and beautiful scenery.

Though no fault of the hotel, it was brutally hot. There is no air conditioning, so to sleep was very difficult.

Spacious comfortable and tastefully decorated room overlooking lovely garden and pool. Great location in a quiet area a short and pleasant walk to town and to the extraordinary gardens at Trautmannsdorf Castle. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

Charming and comfortable stay above Meran

The room was spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice balcony and little sweets. Breakfast was great, although self-service with wearing the mask felt a little strange (in other hotels, guests had no contact with the food). Parking in front of the hotel was convenient, also we were thankful for the hotel's umbrellas. The hotel's staff was very friendly!

WiFi wasn't strong enough for the whole room.

Tolles Zimmer mit Sonnenbalkon

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Garten und Blick auf die Berge. Wir hatten schönes Wetter und haben auch ein paar Stunden auf dem Balkon genießen können. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich.

Ideales Hotel für einen Städteurlaub in Meran

Sehr freundliches Personal, Hotel sehr sauber, super Aussicht, ruhig, sehr gute große Betten, mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum, supergutes Frühstück - auch gutes glutenfreies Brot!, hoteleigener kostenloser Parkplatz, alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit sehr nettem Service in einer wunderbaren Lage in Meran

Zimmer und Ausstattung sehr fein, man fühlt sich wohl. Auch eine wirklich nette Lage in Meran. Parkplatz wurde auch für großen Dienstwagen gefunden. Besonders zuvorkommend bei der Besorgung von traumhaften Äpfeln. Danke an das Hotelteam.

Leider zu wenig Zeit um das Hotel wegen Dienstveranstaltungen wirklich genießen zu können.

Nettes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Gemütliches Hotel in guter Lage. Das Hotel ist rund 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt und bietet einen schönen Pool zum abschalten. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Hotel jedoch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig, dafür aber absolut sauber. Das Frühstück war für die Kategorie sehr reichhaltig und sehr lecker.

Alles war Preis Leistung s Verhältnis sehr gut das einzige war im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage oder zumindestens ein Ventilator bei der Hitze wäre es angebracht gewesen

Ich kann mir vorstellen, dort wieder meinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut, es gab einen Supermarkt, einen sehr guten Obsthändler, einen Bäcker und mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Bushaltestellen waren auch in der Nähe. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
