Wonderful position and comfortable apartment opposite park, easy parking

We were met by arrangement at the apartment and had everything explained to us. Located in a private apartment building with an elevator, this apartment was located directly opposite a lovely green park area, with a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the main part of gorgeous Merano. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to town along the rushing stream and along the Promenade restaurants and shops - so very relaxing - and even late at night coming home from restaurants we felt perfectly safe. There was quite a lot of street parking available immediately outside and around the apartment. The apartment is older style, but has plenty of room to move around and is very comfortable, especially the large bed. The windows have pull down blinds that can be regulated from "some light" to "total darkness". Kitchen has a stovetop, fridge, a number of cupboards, and a KETTLE for my tea. The lounge area has a big couch, TV, cabinet, and WIFI works well. Bathroom has a large bath with a shower over it, lots of hot water, and plenty of space to store cosmetics and shaving things. We really loved the city of Merano and also thoroughly enjoyed this apartment.

Can't be helped, and not a fault of the Landlord, but our bathroom adjoined someone else's bathroom and the walls were quite thin; I'm sure I don't need to go into detail .

Panorama fantastico da poter ammirare dalle grandi finestre dell'appartamento, comodità nella posizione rispetto al centro di Merano ed ai paesi limitrofi. Zona tranquilla e molto piacevole nel complesso. Completa disponibilità da parte del proprietario.

Mancanza di un microonde, pentole un po' usurate.. in generale ottimo per fermarsi qualche giorno.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und alles war sauber. An der Straße kann man kostenlos parken. Wir wurden von Romina empfangen, sie war sehr freundlich und gab uns ein paar Restaurant tips. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, aber auch um in die Innenstadt zu gehen. Der Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig entfernt.

Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, es war eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Handtuchgrößen für uns vorbereitet und Romina, die die Schlüsselübergabe koordiniert hatte, ist unglaublich freundlich. Auch der Vermieter Francesco selber erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach uns

Die Küchenausstattung könnte ein wenig umfangreicher sein, wer plant, ernsthaft zu kochen, sollte evtl. ein paar Gewürze, eigene scharfe Messer und ein Schneidebrettchen mitbringen. Für die grundlegenden Dinge ist jedoch gesorgt, also Töpfe, Pfannen, Wasserkocher usw. sind vorhanden.

Tranquillità nella bellissima Merano

Appartamento silenzioso in un'area residenziale con molto verde, abbastanza grande e fornito di tutto il necessario (compresa tv, utensili da cucina, asciugamani, lenzuola, sapone da bagno ecc.). Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Host attento e premuroso con l'ospite.

Non proprio vicinissimo al centro, ma c'è una (per me gradevole) passeggiata da 20 minuti lungo il torrente da fare.

Per una vacanza all'insegna del vero RELAX

La posizione molto vicina alla passeggiata pedonale lungo il torrente per raggiungere è molto apprezzabile. Si può godere di una visuale molto rilassante su edifici d'epoca, albero secolari e il piacevole rumore del Passirio... La vicinanza con le Terme di Merano lo rende una location perfetta. Parcheggiata l'auto per alcuni giorni il resto è stato puro relax. Anche il fatto di poter parcheggiare l'auto gratis vicino all'appartamento è sicuramente un plus da non sottovalutare. L'appartamento è risultato molto silenzioso e piacevolmente caldo.
