Appartamento Panoramico Lungopassirio

The owners are very kind and available for questions and help. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the city in a peaceful building. In front of the building, there is a nice green area/small park. Within walking distance of the city center - about a 15-minute walk along a pleasant, green, and quiet path along the river. The apartment is old, but very clean and spacious enough. The view from the windows is breathtaking.

As a small suggestion, it would be great to have a few extra towels and trash bags available, especially for longer stays. Also, just a quick heads-up: the apartment doesn't have AC. The provided fan works well, but at 35°C outside, it just isn't enough.

Mr Francesco, the host is amazing, friendly, helpful always available, the apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, great location, walkable everywhere, the view of the mountains from the window is also wonderful. Great apartment, great place to stay. 🙏🏽👌🏽

Facile free parking

We were met by arrangement at the apartment and had everything explained to us. Located in a private apartment building with an elevator, this apartment was located directly opposite a lovely green park area, with a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the main part of gorgeous Merano. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to town along the rushing stream and along the Promenade restaurants and shops - so very relaxing - and even late at night coming home from restaurants we felt perfectly safe. There was quite a lot of street parking available immediately outside and around the apartment. The apartment is older style, but has plenty of room to move around and is very comfortable, especially the large bed. The windows have pull down blinds that can be regulated from "some light" to "total darkness". Kitchen has a stovetop, fridge, a number of cupboards, and a KETTLE for my tea. The lounge area has a big couch, TV, cabinet, and WIFI works well. Bathroom has a large bath with a shower over it, lots of hot water, and plenty of space to store cosmetics and shaving things. We really loved the city of Merano and also thoroughly enjoyed this apartment.

Can't be helped, and not a fault of the Landlord, but our bathroom adjoined someone else's bathroom and the walls were quite thin; I'm sure I don't need to go into detail .
