The place was in an ideal location and was very clean but the lack of air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable for m

It was very hot the week that we were in Merano. We rented this place because it had air conditioning, we weren’t expecting that the proprietor would be restricting the usage. When we set the air conditioning in the evening before bed to a comfortable setting it was altered remotely by someone and shut off. Leaving us to sweat throughout the entire night. Leaving us not well rested while on vacation.

La rigidità del gestore. Vero che ho prenotato sapendo che non c'era la cancellazione gratuita. Ma avendo avuto dei problemi ho chiesto il 31 ottobre, quindi con quasi DUE MESI la richiesta di poter cancellare la prenotazione. Non capisco dove sarebbe stato il problema. Non ho fatto la richiesta 2 o 3 giorni prima che per l'amor di Dio gentilissimo se avesse accettato ma avrei ben capito se avesse rifiutato, ma ripeto, con quasi 2 mesi di anticipo... Un po' più di elasticità soprattutto al giorno d'oggi dove ci sono sempre altre 200 possibilità non sarebbe dispiaciuta.

kurzfristige Änderung des Termins der Schlüsselübergabe war ohne Probleme möglich.

Es gab weder Geschirrspüler noch Fernseher oder Radio. Das war überhaupt kein Problem, mir war es nur aus der Beschreibung nicht in Erinnerung geblieben.

Super zentrale Wohnung und wenn man nicht ängstlich ist, wirklich super!!

Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und die Wohnung liegt super central, man ist in 2 Minuten in der Stadt. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung mit Klima und allem was man benötigt.

Das Viertel ist sehr laut und da laufen unangenehme Gestalten abends rum. Durch die benötigte Türverriegelung fühlt man sich zwar sicher, aber man weiß ja auch warum man sich doppelt einschließt…
