Die gut ausgestattete Küche war wichtig für uns. Die Wohnung war zentral gelegen, über die umliegenden Wohnhäuser hinweg hatte man sogar ein wenig Blick auf die Berge. Es gab einen unkompliziertern Empfang durch Andrea, der zwar wenig Englisch und kein Deutsch sprach, aber es ging auch so.
Leider waren nebenan durchgehend Bauarbeiten zu hören, aber dafür kann das Apartment ja nichts..

Ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro di Merano e con una fontana gratuita di acqua potabile sotto casa! Nel soggiorno è presente un condizionatore, comodo per chi dorme sul divano letto. Comodo balcone. È presente un parcheggio privato a pagamento e altri sulla strada (a pagamento di giorno e gratuiti di notte). Al terzo piano ma con ascensore. C'è il wifi gratuito a disposizione. Proprietario molto gentile e accogliente!
Ogni ospite aveva un unico asciugamano (telo grande). Appartamento caldo nelle stanze senza condizionatore (ma con presenza di ventilatori). Alcuni arredi erano rovinati. Colazione non inclusa.

Der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sogar schon vorab (vor 18 Uhr) ins Appartment gehen lassen. Auch ansonsten in allen Belangen sehr hilfsbreit . Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos !!! Danke
Die Umgebung ist nicht gerade first class.

J’ai trouvé le prix de la nuit élevé… Supplément demandé pour utiliser le parking. Machine à laver dans le logement, mais pas le droit de l’utiliser
