Perfect location for a central break

Location excellent and air conditioning made it a nice little oasis . Door code initially didn’t work but phone answered and sorted straight away.

Nothing!

The view was a horrible sight, a crumbling building, no balcony even though we asked for one. The pictures on the website do not belong there, they are much further away. We were able to book the accommodation after a long phone call and they gave us the code. They said they would send us an email but to this day we have not received it. The accommodation was a big disappointment.

Nice clean apartment. Convenient location.

I didn't get enough information to check in. One code was missing which is a problem as it is all self-check in, nobody around. The second phone number on the booking platform worked though and the situation was quickly resolved. The apartment was very noisy. I could hear the neighbours in the next apartment and apartment above very late in the night. Otherwise the apartment is very nice.

This is no apartment. We got a kitchen room with a folding bed. There are even no wardrobes: All our clothes we had to put on the floor. When entering the room our first thought was: This is a joke! Where is the sleeping room?

Die Lage ist perfekt, Preis Leistung passt, es ist alles da was man braucht.

Gute Ausstattung, mit Küche! Alles vorhanden für die Selbstversorgung! Mitten im Zentrum. Die Lage ist super. Direkter Zugang zum Tappeiner Weg und Sessellift zum Dorf Tirol.

Mitten in Meran, sehr sauber, ruhig und bestens ausgestattet

Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und nur wenige Meter vom nächsten Sessellift in die Berge ist nicht zu übertreffen. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, gute Töpfe und Kochbesteck. Auch Geschirrspülmaschine. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens.

Die Hausnummer ist relativ unscheinbar. Zum Essen war der Bartisch etwas klein und unbequem, aber die anderen Vorzüge haben diesen kleinen Minuspunkt mehr als ausgeglichen.

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen , ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten, gute Lokale in der unmittelbaren Nähe, Parkhaus Algund, 3 Min von der Ferienwohnung, die Wohnung selbst sehr ruhig gelegen, Klimaanlage vorhanden bei heißem Sommer genial.

Ich schließe mich den vorherigen Kommentaren dahin gehend an, dass es keine Geschirrhandtücher und Spülschwamm sowie Kaffeefilter gibt. Die Bar unten ist bis 1:30 h laut aber da kann man die Fester schließen. Die Klimaanlage ist top und dann kann man die Fenster öffnen. Schlecht gerochen hat es nicht und man hat wohl die Kritik der fehlenden Nachttischlampen berüchtigt und nachgerüstet. Nach wie vor fehlt eine Ablage im Bad.

Appartamento in generale e la posizione strategica

Le pareti delle camere sono veramente troppo sottili (e ho detto tutto). Siamo stati invitati a controllare entro 12h dall'arrivo eventuali danni preesistenti, altrimenti saremmo stati ritenuti responsibili. Bene, abbiamo trovato non poche (piccole) problematiche, tutte riportate. Ritengo che un'inspezione preventiva da parte dall'host debba essere effettuata, senza gravare sul cliente, la cui ultima preoccupazione dovrebbe essere fare un check della casa, onde evitare di pagare penali.

Gute Lage!

Die Lage war super. Personal haben wir nie gesehen aber sie haben sich über Whatsapp gemeldet. Es war alles bestens.

Leider war das Badezimmer nicht sauber und das Bett war für uns gar nicht bequem. In der Küche hat uns ein Abwaschmittel und Geschirrtuch gefehlt. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.
