Posizione centralissima!!! Ottima per stare nel centro storico e abbastanza comoda per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria. Comodo non avere le chiavi ma il codice di accesso. Abbastanza pulita e semplificato lo smaltimento rifiuti!! Molto rapido nella risposta l'host e molto gentile nel venire incontro a necessita' e inconvenienti!

Mancanza di appoggi vicino al letto e nel bagno. Troppo stretto l'indispensabile di stoviglie.... Un po' scomodo il materasso a molle dell'appartamento (Tappeiner).

Ubicazione imbattibile, pulizia eccezionale, self check-in semplicissimo. Molto gradito il messaggio di benvenuto e l'aiuto ricevuto durante il nostro soggiorno per aver dimenticato il codice di accesso.

La nostra camera, la tappainer, non aveva un materasso comodo, molto usurato da un lato, e suggerirei un topper.

Küche war nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet , zum kochen eher ungeeignet. Auch die hohen Barhocker sind unbequem und sehr wackelig Im Bad fehlt Ablagefläche.

Its central location. And that we were able to park our moto-scooter (for free, but unlawfully no doubt — but there was no such sign posted) in a nearby bicycle parking area, where it remained undisturbed and unticketed for 42 hours, in spite of a police station adjacent to it. Phew!

#1: Address confusion. Google Maps (our guide) said the apartments street number was 8, while Booking (correctly) said it was 24. This caused us 20 minutes of confusion. (Lesson learned: From now on we use Booking’s location info.) But I think that TopBooking should verify that the more popular map apps have the apartment address correct. And notify GoogleMaps of their error. #2 (the biggee): It was very hot upon our arrival and we could not turn on the AC, since the controller’s batteries were dead. We contacted TopBooking by phone (with time-wasting effort), but they couldn’t offer help until the next day. No spare batteries anywhere on site? Come on, you guys. Fortunately, swapping the TV remote’s batteries for the AC remote’s batteries did the trick. Disaster averted, for we would never have gotten any sleep in a 85+ F (30+ C) unventilated apartment that night. Hail Mary! #3: The kitchen was minimally equipped. And no coffee was provided. And there were no instructions for the microwave oven, which was impossible to figure out. #4: Two pages of fine print on how to deal with waste, which was divided into 6 types? And no info on where to place it (outside)? Insane! We’re on vacation, and don’t wish to waste time wrestling with this sort of stuff. We’ll happily do appropriate such sorting in the apartment, into a few obvious categories and containers. But anything more is your responsibility, imho. The Moral: If you, TopBooking, are going to try to manage a property from elsewhere, you had better be totally on top of these sorts of issues.
