Located near the centre of Merano, this cosy and well-equipped holiday apartment is ideal for a relaxing vacation close to the numerous thermal baths as well as the picturesque mountain landscapes of South Tyrol and the Passeier Valley (Val Passiria). The modern, 65 m² apartment with lift features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates up to 3 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and shampoo. Start your day with a coffee on the balcony, from where you can enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and the mountains. A supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away, while a bakery and a pharmacy are 650 m away, and cafés and restaurants can be found within 500 m. From a bus stop only 150 m away, you can reach the charming centre of Merano in just a few minutes, where numerous cafés, shops, and beautiful architecture await you. The famous Merano Thermal Baths are only 3 bus stops away and invite you to relax with their various pools, saunas, and leisure facilities. Several cable cars to the surrounding mountain peaks are just 10-15 minutes by car (5-7 km) away, and in winter you can reach the nearest ski areas in only 10 minutes by car (4.8 km), while numerous hiking and cycling trails start practically at your doorstep. Bolzano, the lively capital of South Tyrol, is located 32 km south of Merano.

Pros: Direkt von der Wohnung aus können diverse Fahrradtouren durchgeführt werden. Die Räder können in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Für das Auto gab es jederzeit einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Bike im Zentrum von Meran. Im näheren Umkreis gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein paar schöne Restaurants. Netter Vermieter.

sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, 5 Min. mit dem Fahrrad ins Zentrum von Meran, Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros: Die persönliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter war außerordentlich gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem älteren Mehrfamilienhaus und setzt sich im Inneren deutlich positiv vom Haus selbst ab und ist auch sehr gut gesichert. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Keine Parkplatzprobleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Naxchbarschaft.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, endlich scharfe Messer, vernünftige Töpfe und Pfannen. Es war auch genug Geschirr da, so dass man auch die Spülmaschine nutzen konnte. Vielfach ist es leider häufig so, dass man von Gläsern, Tellern etc. nur eine begrenzte Anzahl hat, manchmal sogar nur 2.
Eine gemütliche Couch und 2 Balkone laden zum entspannen ein.
Einziges Manko ist in der Woche die zur Rush Hour viel befahrene Straße.
Aber vielleicht sind wir durch unsere Wohnlage auch zu verwöhnt….Letztendlich will man auch nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung verbleiben.
Fazit: Eine tolle Wohnung in fußläufiger Lage zur Innenstadt.
