A great location with a surprising amount of space - it made our 4 days in Merano very enjoyable

Spacious Apartment in Ideal Location. Read full review.

The living area in the apartment was very spacious with excellent kitchen facilities. We loved the big dining table, giving us plenty of room to work at or have drinks/dinner together at. Being able to open up the windows for fresh air was great, with the double glazed windows reducing noise when closed Location was ideal amongst the main shopping and restaurant streets, with the extensive supermarket very conveniently just opposite the apartment. We also very much appreciated being able to ask the host for help arranging taxi during a train strike on arrival day, and with a large group booking. Shower water was hot, and main bathroom very spacious, including the laundry facilites. Having the washing machine and dryer was great, since we had been travelling before arriving in Merano. We were able to wash, dry, and use the great iron and have all our clothes efficiently cleaned and ready to wear again within hours of arriving. The apartment had a very solid door lock.

Lighting was by lamps only, no ceiling lights in living and bed rooms. We understand that old buildings have limitations but perhaps a solution could be found as was in kitchen area and above bed in main bedroom. The second bedroom was dark due to external shutters not being able to be adjusted, and the small ensuite bathroom having a bad smell. The door needed to be kept closed to not infiltrate the smell into the bedroom. We purchased air freshener to compensate. The apartment was accessed through a restaurant. The artwork and books displayed leading up the two flights of stairs and landings was ‘dark’ art and books giving us a creepy feeling. I would not feel comfortable staying here if I was travelling alone. It had us curious about the history/previous and curent purpose of the building. Poor lighting at the bottom of stairs on the second floor landing. Watch your step! No lift.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt in Laubengasse sehr zentral. Sie ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Equipments Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine lassen uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Gastgeberin ist es sehr vorsorglich und hat uns vor unserer Reise schon über die Baustelle vor der Tür informiert. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, super freundlich hilfsbereit und immer für uns da.

Sehr schöne Familien-Osterzeit mitten in Meran - einfach Klasse

Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Tolle Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk des Haues (aus dem 14. Jahrhundert) Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen, auch die Südtirol-Card war inkludiert, so dass von dort aus ohne Auto eine hervorragende Erreichbarkeit gegeben war.

Die Laubengasse hatte aktuell eine Baustelle.

Schicke Wohnung direkt in den Lauben

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung im 2. OG, direkt in den Lauben (oberer Teil) von Meran mit viel Platz. Ausstattung perfekt. Von Küchenutensilien über Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine/Trockner ist alles vorhanden. Hochwertige Badeinrichtung (Villeroy & Boch). Betten sehr bequem. Uns hat im Eingangsbereich ein Kleiderständer für unsere Jacken gefehlt. Vielleicht wäre das noch eine Anregung. In der Küche stand eine Wein-Flasche als kleines Welcome. Das hat uns sehr gefreut! Gästekarten (für kostenlose Nutzung von z.B. Bussen) haben wir problemlos digital am Tag der Anreise erhalten. Kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden, aber Parkhaus in der Nähe (ca. 5 Min zu Fuß). Man kann hier ein Mehrtagesticket (18 Euro/Tag) buchen mit dem man jederzeit rein und raus fahren kann. Perfekte Betreuung vor Anreise und auch vor Ort durch Manuela! Sie ist einfach ein Schatz! Sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Restauranttipps und uns sogar einen Tisch reserviert. Der Eingang unten führt durch ein Restaurant. Das ist jedoch in keinster Weise störend und in der Wohnung selbst hört man rein gar nichts davon. Die Wohnung ist nachts durch Schallschutz-Fenster sehr ruhig. Allerdings befindet sich aktuell eine große Baustelle vor dem Haus. Im oberen Teil der Lauben werden Leitungen verlegt und alles bis zur Kirche hoch ist aufgebuddelt. Die Arbeiten gehen spätestens um 7:30 Uhr los und dann rumpelt es teilweise schon ziemlich. Da wir Frühaufsteher sind hat uns das aber nicht gestört. FAZIT: Tolle, großzügige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage in Meran

Diese schöne Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral in den Lauben von Meran. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Eurospar, in umliegender Umgebung viele Bars und Restaurants. Die Parkgarage ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch Ausflüge kann man direkt von hier starten. Die Übergabe sowie die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
