The property is excellent. Very clean, spacious, good beds and bathroom. The location is in one way superb, close to all the things a visitor to Merano is eager to see. On the other hand, the plaza nearby was sometimes noisy beyond our bedtime. All in all, though, this property is a good choice. Silke was very responsive to our questions.

Wir waren zu dritt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung mitten in der Innenstadt von Meran. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr sympathisch. Bei manchen Berichten wurde angesprochen, dass die Wohnung durch die Lage in der Innenstadt zu laut wäre. Dies konnten wir nicht feststellen. Durch die Klimaanlage konnten die Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen bleiben. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeberin ist so freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend, außerdem kann man sich in der Wohnung nur wohl fühlen! Es ist alles da, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und stylisch sieht es auch noch aus. Also alles in allem eine top Wohnung in top Lage, die perfekt ist für einen Urlaub mitten in Meran!

Tutto perfetto, appartamento dotato di ogni conford, anzi di più... Silke gentilissima e disponibile x rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Posizione perfetta sia x le terme che x raggiungere ogni attrattiva di Merano...in centro x una passeggiata nei famosi portici e locali tipici. Parcheggio a pagamento vicinissimo . Se dovesse capitare ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Silke

Sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Bett ist groß und gut und das Schlafsofa ist auch gut, und für einen Erwachsenen oder zwei Kinder komfortabel. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und liegt total zentral. Parken kann man verhältnismäßig günstig, einfach und flexibel in der Therme. Gegenüber dem Nachtleben von Meran muss man aufgeschlossen sein, am Wochenende kann es mal lauter sein. Silke Reichert ist sehr freundlich und flexibel, beim nächsten Besuch in Meran werden wir versuchen die Wohnung wieder zu buchen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und bot alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Räume waren Hell und die Lage exzellent. Die komplette Zeit haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen gut und einfach zu handhaben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden. Einfach alles top!

1 Woche in Meran im Frühling 2019

Die Wohnung von Frau Reichert befindet sich mitten in der Fußgängerzone eines Wohn-, und Geschäftshauses im 4. Stock. In 2 Minuten sind die Laubengänge zu Fuß erreichbar, mit allen nötigen Einkaufsgelegenheiten für den Alltag nebst vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Kulturelles und kulinarisches Genießen den ganzen Tag, soviel man möchte. Parken ist sehr schwierig und extrem teuer! Für 1 Woche haben wir im Mai 2019 glatte 80,- Euro bezahlt! Das Parken in "Die Therme", ca. 250 m entfernt von der Wohnung hört sich nah an, ist aber trotzdem mit all dem Gepäck etwas unglücklich, da man nirgendwo mit dem Auto auch nur halten darf! Alles polizeilich Video überwacht. (Zentrum, eben...) Also, Alles mitnehmen und zu Fuß gehen. Die Wohnung ist zeitgemäß modern im IKEA-Stil eingerichtet und bietet eine wohnliche Atmosphäre. Alles ist in Weiß und in Braun-Tönen gehalten und wirkt harmonisch. Der Einrichtungsstil ist neutral und alle üblichen Alltagsutensilien sind vorhanden und können zusätzlich benutzt werden. Es gibt viele Urlaubs-Anregungen und Tipps anhand von Prospekten und Broschüren und bei evtl. Fragen stehen auch Frau Reichert oder ihre Freundin mit einem reibungslosen Ablauf zur Verfügung. Als Paar konnten wir uns so entspannen und die Urlaubs-Zeit genießen, was aber in Meran, Bozen und Umgebung immer schön ist!

Wir haben bereits einige Ferienwohnungen besuchtund diese war mit Abstand die schönste. Genug Platz um sich auszubreiten sauber und wohnlich ist sie allemal. Einziger Wermutstropfen wenn man einen finden will sind die Parkplätze die man extra zahlen muss (Parkhaus mit Tages oder Wochenkarte) dafür befinden die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe sind breit genug und es gibt viele Stellplätze. Die Wohnung ist äußerst zentral man geht aus der Türe und befindet sich direkt auf der Piazza (war übrigens nicht laut). Silke ist eine überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Person wir hatten stets das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein. Kann nur eine klare Empfehlung geben wären doch alle Ferienwohnungen und Inhaber wie hier.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Meran. Sie ist sehr modern und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das einzige Manko ist, dass man nicht an der Wohnung parken oder mit dem PKW zum Aus- und Einladen halten kann. Man muss in einem der Parkhäuser parken und das Gepäck zur Wohnung tragen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in einem Wohnkomplex, indem scheinbar nur Rechtsanwälte etc ihre Praxis haben. Wir haben nie einen Nachbarn gesehen oder gehört. Frau Reichert hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll für ihre Gäste eingerichtet. Es ist alles da z.B. auch Alufolie, Taps für die Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffee etc. und sogar eine erste Hilfe Tasche. Auch Shampoo für den Notfall etc. Im Flur liegen Prospekte. Somit kann man sich über alles informieren. Sehr sauber. Wir sind reingekommen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Diese befindet sich im WZ und SZ. Frau Reichert ist sehr nett und sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Sie hat uns immer wieder Unterstützung angeboten. Ein Parkplatz ist nicht dabei. Wir haben einen Stellplatz in der Therme gebucht. Dort kann man die Anzahl der gewünschten Tage einfach anmelden und bezahlen. Danach kann man mit dem Ticket rein- und rausfahren, wie man möchte. Ich schätze die Entfernung auf ca 200 Meter. Somit sehr nah dran. Wir waren zu viert und haben die Wohnung alle gut gefunden.

bei einer fewo im zentrum muss man mit lärm vor dem haus rechnen. wir fanden es teilweise in der wohnung recht warm und die bettdecken zu dick. frau reichert überlegt aber bereits an einer klimaanlage.
