Apart from the parking issue, everything else is quite okay.

I chose the apartment because one of the listed amenities was the possibility to park the car. Unfortunately, all the free parking spaces were occupied, and the available ones were limited to 90 minutes.

The towers were to expencive, and I could not enter 1 hour in rhe app untill I paid extra for that. The booking code which I get after the paiment was not working

Principalmente la fatiscenza e la sporcizia (pavimento incrostato, muri sporchi, mancanza di un cassettone della cucina, tavoletta del wc non fissata, incrostazioni nella doccia, ....), impossibile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (nonostante sia messo come disponibile), mezzo rotolo di carta igienica per quattro persone (abbiamo cercato ovunque )

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Die Unterkunft liegt angenehm ruhig, etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die jederzeit ansprechbar war. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden.

Eigentlich nur das Badezimmer,
Bekamen umgehend nach der Buchung eine Nachricht dass wir eine Handtuchgebühr sowie Endreinigungspauschale überweisen müssen . Als dies getan bekamen wir eine Nachricht falls wir keine Handtücher u Bettwäsche benötigen sollen wir Bescheid geben ! Sehr schade weil wir hatten alles dabei und hätten den Service gerne gespart !

Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Meran sind, dann zahlen wir lieber etwas mehr und buchen etwas Besseres.
Gutes Badezimmer - man ist schnell in der Innenstadt
Bei booking.com wurde „Parkplatz“ angegeben, jedoch muss man sich eine öffentliche Parkgelegenheit suchen. Die Suche ist extrem schwierig und nur weit weg von der Wohnung möglich. Im Treppenflur stinkt es. Wohnung im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Alle anderen Wohnungen sind Privatwohnungen. Die Küche ist reif für den Sperrmüll - für eine Nacht kein Problem, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Matratzen zu hart. Die Reinigungskraft muss wohl noch üben: verklebter Boden, Müll vom Vormieter im Bad vom nicht entsorgt, verschmutztes Bodenhandtuch vom Vormieter für die Dusche hing noch an einem Haken im Bad. Man bekam nur einen Code für den Schlüssel, wenn man zusätzliche Zahlungen im Voraus auf ein Konto zahlte: Kurtaxe, Parkplatz 15€(entfiel bei uns, da keiner vorhanden war) , 25€ für Bettwäsche und Handtücher ( wir hatten glücklicherweise beides selbst dabei). Zuzahlungen sind okay, man sollte aber vorher bei booking.com darüber informiert werden. Ganz schnell ist dann der Preis für eine Nacht wesentlich höher als gedacht. Auf einer Karte im Apartment waren weitere Objekte in Meran angegeben. Nachdem ich mir die Bewertungen hierfür durchgelesen hatte, war mir klar, es hätte noch viel schlimmer kommen können. Der Vermieter kauft oder mietet Wohnungen in großen, wenig attraktiven Häusern an und bietet diese zu überhöhten Preisen als Flow-Apartment an. Auf dem Bild ist dann beispielsweise ein wunderschöner Gemeinschaftspool zu sehen. Tatsächlich wohnt man dann in einem sehr großen Gebäudekomplex im 6. Stock unter dem Dach ohne Klimaanlage mit gewöhnungsbedürftigen Nachbarn. Alles ist okay, wenn man im Voraus bei booking.com die realen Umstände angibt.

Il appuntamento puzzava il pavimento era sporco molto sporco e appiccicoso, il ventilatore era rotto. Mai visto un appartamento così schifoso.
Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Poi non c'è scritto su booking dopo aparte la tassa di soggiorno ti chiedono 25€ per gli asciugamani e lenzuola extra quando deve essere tutto compreso nel prezzo.

La posizione
L'appartamento non è ben tenuto, la cucina è rotta, le stoviglie ridotte al minimo e considerato quanto è calda la casa manca un condizionatore. Non tutte le prese di corrente erano funzionanti e in molti casi era possibile attaccare solo una cosa per volta. Inoltre è praticamente un monolocale, quindi dormivamo tutti nella stessa stanza, e il bagno è senza finestre. Per 45€ a persona al giorno (eravamo in 4) mi aspetterei molto di più. Non ultimo al momento del check-in ci è stato chiesto un ulteriore supplemento biancheria di 25€ totali. I proprietari non si sono mai visti.

Als erste das wir gezwungen worden sind Zusatzzahlungen für Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu leisten um überhaupt den Code für den Schlüssel zu bekommen.
In einem Satz zu fassen, die Unterkunft war katastrophal, und hat nichts vergleichbares mit der Präsentation im Internet zu tun, siehe Bilder!

Total enttäuscht von diesem Apartment in Meran
Die Lage war sehr zentral
Also, ich muss echt sagen, ich war wirklich enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt hier. Das Apartment war einfach sehr schmutzig!
Das größte Problem war die Bettwäsche. Es waren nur 2 Betten vorbereitet obwohl wir mit fünf Leuten angereist sind. Das wäre ja nicht so schlimm gewesen, wenn die vorhandene Bettwäsche wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre. Aber die war voller Flecken und hat definitiv nicht frisch gerochen.
Als ich nach sauberer Bettwäsche gefragt habe, bekam ich die Antwort, dass das angeblich Rostflecken wären und das neue Bettwäsche erst im September geliefert wird. Sorry, aber das geht einfach gar nicht!
Alles in allem kann ich dieses Apartment echt nicht weiterempfehlen. Sauberkeit und Service waren einfach unterirdisch und haben meine Erwartungen total enttäuscht.

Teilweise nicht sauber (z.B. Brotkrümel in der Küchenschublade, Haare im Bad, Duschglaswand mit Wasserflecken), Parkettboden an manchen Stellen sehr abgenutzt, Küchenschubladenfront kaputt bzw. hat gefehlt,
neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein Pub, daher war es nachts sehr laut

Die in Booking eingestellten Bilder entsprachen leider nicht der Realität. Der Boden wies schwarzen Streifen auf, die Matratzen, sowie die Sitzkissen und der Läufer war nicht sauber. In der Küche fehlt eine Schublade, in der Spülmaschine war noch schmutziges Geschirr.

Occhi aperti alla descrizione perché solo nella descrizione scrivono che le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono a pagamento al prezzo di 25 euro.
Dopo che prenoti la stanza infatti ti mandano la mail per dirti che queste spese sono extra anziché scriverlo in maniera limpida e onesta come qualcosa di ben visibile quando stai prenotando la stanza.
Per il resto host assente, ti mandano tutti i codici via messaggi.
Appartamento così così, letto con materasso fine e scomodissimo.
Complessivamente non ci tornerei.

Tolle, zentrale Lage in Meran
Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut und es ist sehr ruhig.
Wir konnten unsere Mountainbikes im Fahrradraum in der Unterkunft sicher einsperren lassen, da wir damit bis Meran auf einer Alpenüberquerung unterwegs waren.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist zweckmäßig, hochwertig und sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht.
