Mediterranean Merano in the mountains!

Location was in the epicentre of Merano, basically right on the door step. Really don't need to cook or clean with eating places mere seconds away ( once you are outside the entrance ) Decent sized apartment for one, kitchen facilities, dishwasher and decent kitchen bench. TV, air conditioning as well as excellent ventilation from the large opening windows in summer, relatively quiet consider all the public spaces nearby the location. Good insulation from neighbouring apartments, both same floor and above. Owner Carmen was very helpful with information about the stay and facilities. Useful brochures and maps for Merano and the surrounds.

Slightly more wardrobe space but fairly minor issue. Always handy to have excess coat hangers. Lift is a big bonus, it might be small for bigger groups but seems standard size for these cities.

Congruo con il prezzo, buonissima posizione (vicino al parcheggio, e al centro e alle principali attrazioni della città) . Pulizia. Assistenza dello staff passo passo.

Non credo ci siano cose che non mi siano piaciute perché dopo aver letto la descrizione ho trovato ciò che mi aspettavo.

Merano ci è piaciuta tantissimo, da ritornare anche in altri periodi dell’anno.

Posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi, in pieno centro ma silenzioso, secondo piano con ascensore. Arredamento minimal ma curato e di buon gusto. Bagno nuovo con doccia grande e confortevole. Macchina Nespresso con cialde a disposizione, bollitore per l’acqua con tea e tisane offerte.

A disposizione un divano letto singolo ma secondo me spazio non sufficiente per tre persone (noi eravamo in due). Nella valutazione del prezzo non ho tenuto conto del costo aggiuntivo per il cagnolino (15,00 euro al giorno) e del parcheggio (18,00 euro gg tariffa speciale).

Il letto scomodo la persona che dorme lato muro deve scavalcare la testiera del letto per scendere; cucina poco attrezzata mancava la minima attrezzatura per pulire pavimenti e cucina ; mancanza piatti fondi ; mancanza macchina caffè ricevuta su richiesta.. Rapporto qualità prezzo rivedibile.

Kurz und gut, gerne wieder aber nicht im Sommer.

Das Appartement ist neu und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Wohnung ist leider nicht sehr angenehm, wenn es heiß ist. Die Klimaanlage schafft es einfach nicht die komplette Wohnung zu kühlen. Nur die Küche wird etwas kühl.

Nettes kleines Apartment. Hell und ruhig, dennoch sehr zentral. Können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Gab nichts zu meckern, außer vielleicht der etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wasserkocher. ;-)

Top Wohnung an ausgezeichneter Lage.

Das Apartment liegt total im Zentrum und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.Die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung ist perfekt und geschmackvoll. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen im schönen Apartment und in Meran und Umgebung. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft -wir kommen wieder.
