Merano is great, and the flat is good unless you want to open the window.

The apartment was very well equipped, and was well designed. The location meant that it was in easy reach of everything.

The window gives on to a busy street with bus stops below on both sides, The double glazing works well, but if you want to open the window it is noisy and full of fumes.

Difficoltà nel lasciare e prendere bagagli perché non c'è parcheggio disponibile sotto la casa e bisogna fermarsi un po' dove passano bus e altre macchine per lasciare o prendere i bagagli ed altro dalla casa, un po' scomodo.

L'appartamento, la comodità di essere in centro ed avere un comodo parcheggio per l'automobile, la presenza della lavasciuga e della lavastoviglie. La vicinanza alle Terme. La cortesia di Laura e la disponibilità. La città sempre accogliente presa dal preparare con cura il Natale.

Spazioso, comodo e completo. Ottima posizione e pulizia.

Posizione ottima, a letteralmente 4 passi dal centro storico di Brunico e vicinissima sia alle Terme che al punto di transito dei principali mezzi di trasporto. Molto carina la bow window che si affaccia sulla via principale, pur mantenendo ottima insonorizzazione. Il parcheggio è abbastanza facile da raggiungere, l’host fornisce chiare istruzioni su come accedere.

Bello e strategico

L'appartamento è pulitissimo, cosa non scontata quando si alloggia dove sono ammessi anche i cani. Posizione centralissima e molto comoda per muoversi a piedi: vicinissimo ai portici e al lungopassirio dove ci sono i mercatini di natale e moltissimi locali dove fermarsi a mangiare o anche solo per un aperitivo. Robert,il proprietario, è sempre raggiungibile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Su mia richiesta ci ha segnalato alcuni posti dove mangiare che si sono rivelati ottimi! Merano è bellissima, ma la si apprezza ancora meglio se ci si sente comodi quasi come a casa. Quando torneremo a Merano sicuramente cercherò di prenotare il Rosa Apartment ... anche perché ormai conosco già la strada per il garage 😊

Il parcheggio è in un garage in un piano sotterraneo dove per arrivare si devono seguire istruzioni molto precise che Robert ha lasciato scritte nell'appartamento insieme alla scheda e la chiave per poter accedere al garage. Se si viaggia da soli o con bambini piccoli il check-in gestito a distanza è un po' complicato ... io sono riuscita perché viaggiavo con i miei figli di 18 e 20 anni e quindi, mentre io aspettavo in macchina lungo la strada dove non si potrebbe sostare, loro sono saliti a prendere l'occorrente per poter andare al garage. Ecco, forse questa è l'unica cosa che suggerirei al proprietario di organizzare meglio, compatibilmente con la posizione molto centrale dell'appartamento.

Posizione ottima per visitare Merano ,inoltre il parcheggio è molto comodo ed è compreso nel prezzo dell appartamneto, e questo vuol dire risparmiare; molto confortevole e super accessoriato, bagno molto grande con doccia grande. L'appartamento affaccia con una bellissima finestra sulla strada ,ma assolutamente silenzioso. Che dire tutto perfetto.

Comodo appartamento in centro.

Era fornito di tutto il necessario, pulito, caldo e in una posizione ottimale. Le indicazioni per entrare e utilizzare il parcheggio coperto situato a circa 300 metri (si attraversa una galleria quasi del tutto al coperto) erano molto chiare e semplici.

Durante la notte l'appartamento rimane piuttosto illuminato nonostante la tenda oscurante in cucina, e per l'assenza di tende nel bagno.
