Exceptional

The location of the apartment was perfect. We were so near the river that we left the windows open at night to hear it. We awoke to a beautiful view of the Dolomites. The most amazing shopping and restaurants were just a short walk across the river bridge.

The only negative was the gathering of smokers near the door to the building, the smell tended to waft inside at times.

Terrible, located with drunk and inmigrants

The location is in the center of the city. The problem is that this building is full of drunk people, people that are illegal in the country selling drugs and very not nice environment for any kind or couple or family, one morning we woke up open the door and saw a man without shirt only in underwear walking through the floor. I felt afraid to even get in and out of the hotel because always there were drunk people or gangs in the bottom of the property. Ots not what they sell at all. It's really sad because I asked the owner for help and he ignore the situation. The mother was very rude when we left the keys. Not worth money at all and for sure safety

Se proprio devo fare un appunto dico che l'aeratore del bagno era troppo rumoroso e inefficiente....ma comunque superabile!!

Una bomboniera di appartamento!

La location fantastica, a 200 mt dal teatro e a 50 mt dal fiume, niente di più comodo

L' appartamento si trova in un ex albergo anni 70 un po' mal tenuto ma l' appartamento è ristrutturato, luminoso e accogliente

L'edificio è vecchio e con odori di Vibo davvero importanti. Il bagno aveva un odore di fogna fortissimo e l'aspiratore faceva un rumore troppo forte per essere tenuto acceso.

Camera accogliente e ben attrezzata, ma degrado e odori la penalizzano

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione, davvero comoda perché a due passi sia dalle terme che dal centro storico. La camera era spaziosa e ben fornita, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un punto a favore è sicuramente anche l’host, Andreas, molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Purtroppo ci sono stati diversi aspetti negativi. Dalla camera arrivava un odore sgradevole proveniente dagli scarichi, che ha reso il soggiorno meno piacevole. L’edificio nel complesso è piuttosto degradato e poco curato, e nonostante la stanza fosse ben sistemata si percepiva una certa trascuratezza generale. Inoltre, ho notato la presenza di persone poco raccomandabili all’interno della struttura, cosa che non trasmetteva molta sicurezza. L’acqua calda, poi, impiegava molto tempo ad arrivare, creando ulteriore disagio. Infine, il servizio di ricovero bici era a pagamento, con un costo di 15 euro a notte, che ho trovato eccessivo, considerando il prezzo a notte.

Eu amei tudo inclusive a vista para as montanhas. E o acesso rápido com o Andreas.

Apenas porque a nossa viagem foi curta. 😄 Gostaríamos de ficar mais tempo lá.
