Avista Apartments Terme

Zunächst einmal muss ich die erstklassige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hervorheben. Immer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und verbindlich! Das Apartment ist noch recht frisch renoviert und ansprechend möbliert. Die Küche ist funktional, die Klima arbeitet hervorragend, das Bett ist gut, das Bad modern und das TV hat alle wichtigen deutschen Sender. Auf dem Balkon kann man morgens den Ag bei einem Frühstück beginnen und Abends bei einem Glas Rotwein den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend un bequem. Die Garage ist im Preis inbegriffen und im Prinzip gut zu befahren. Mit etwas größeren PKW muss man vielleicht etwas rangieren, aber es geht schon gut.

Wonderful apartment with excellent space and amenities. Very clean and a great location just a short walk to central part of Merano. Loved the balcony as well!

Only small thing was running out of hot water. My little family all showered and by the time it was my turn there was none left and needed to wait about 30-40 min for it to produce more. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

Clean and centrally located. Great communication from the host.

A squeeze for 3 people as we needed to use the sofa bed, but manageable for two nights when all you are really doing is sleeping.

Rezervoval jsem pobyt pro 2 dospělé a dve deti, ubytování tomuto požadavku naprosto neodpovídalo. Mala postel a žádné postele pro deti.Veliké zklamání.
