Absolutely fabulous apartment and host in a wonderful location. Perfect for Christmas!

The whole property was absolutely beautiful and had been decorated for Christmas. We loved it. The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town with private parking! This is the best apartment for a Christmas stay.

It wasn’t clear when booking that the bathroom was through the main bedroom. This made it awkward for couples travelling together. Otherwise, it was fabulous.

Exceptional

One of the best places that we've stayed at! We had such a fantastic stay in Merano. The flat couldn't be more perfect. It was the ideal accommodations for us as a family of four. The flat is beautiful finished with so many small details. The kitchen is completely equipped for cooking, the location is perfect and Petra is an absolutely wonderful host!

Exceptional

Excellent location just a short walk away from the old town and the Terme Merano. Convenient parking included on-site. The flat is finished to an unusually high standard, especially for a rental property. The host used to live in the flat herself and put a lot of thought and attention to detail into its design and features (lovely wooden flooring, high quality appliances etc.). This is a very comfortable and cozy home. It does not feel like a rental apartment because it wasn't built to be one. The host was very kind and helpful. We can't imagine a better apartment to stay at in Merano!

Assolutamente tutto! Bellissimo ed accogliente appartamento in centro, dotato di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno coccoloso e rilassante (compresi ottimi prodotti locali), con comodo parcheggio in area protetta. Indicazioni per il check-in ineccepibili, host molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Wirklich empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral, sodass man leicht zu Fuß in die Innenstadt kommt. Die Gastgeberin Petra war wirklich hilfsbereit und hat sogar eine kleine Eistorte für den runden Geburtstag meines Vaters ins Gefrierfach gestellt.

Soggiorno top !!!!!!!!

Siamo stati 5 giorni , 2 adulti e 2 ragazze. La mansarda è super accogliente , pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed in una posizione top a 1 minuto dal centro a piedi . Abbiamo trovato a disposizione the di vari gusti , macchina del caffè con una montagna di cialde , olio , aceto , sale , zucchero bianco e di canna , una bottiglia di succo di mela tipico , una bottiglia di prosecco dí eccellente cantina veneta , dolcetti vari e molto molto altro. Posto auto interno alla corte privato con cancello privato . Petra è una oste premurosa , accogliente , educata , gentile , ed ha curato la mansarda in ogni piccolo dettaglio , nonché attenta e premurosa alle esigenze dei clienti . Il terrazzo esterno sotto il grande cedro ,anche se in inverno , è stupendo da usare per un aperitivo stile mercatino di Natale . Torneremo di sicuro.

Top Lage - super Gastgeberin - prima Ausstattung

Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen! Sie liegt wirklich absolut zentral in wunderbarer Umgebung. Die Ausstattung hat unserer Erwartungen übertroffen - wir fanden wirklich alles vor, was wir als Familie uns wünschen konnten. Die Gastgeberin Petra bietet noch viel mehr, als man erwarten könnte. Unsere Kinder freuten sich ab den vielen Spielsachen, die zur Verfügung gestellt wurden (Toniebox, Puppenhaus, Lego/Duplo, viele Bücher) - für die Erwachsenen gab's ebenfalls viel Lesestoff und eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Dass man zur Begrüssung noch mit Eis und Konfekt empfangen wird, hatten wir noch nie ;-)

Da müssten wir schon richtig danach suchen... Aus unserer Sicht keine negativen Punkte!

Traumhafter Kurztrip Meran

Lage der Wohnung, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top. Vermieterin hat uns bereits vor Anreise alle wichtigen Informationen zukommen lassen. Noch nie wurden wir mit so viel Gastfreundschaft willkommen geheißen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
