Exceeded expectations

The apartment and the experience was great overall, super clean, super spacious, all you need is there, also the host very helpful and available for any question or request. Location is very centric (we were interested in the Christmas Market and Terme) so everything was super close to us. Totally recommended.

The only minor detail are the neighbors upstairs, quite noisy and they keep moving furniture during the night even at late hours. But for the rest everything was perfect!

the interior of the apartment is impressive. There is a lot of space inside. Parking space is very close to the second entrance to the apartment. Great location. Very close to the city center, there is a shop and restaurant nearby. Peaceful neighborhood

Very, very, very nice place for great hollydays

Apartment is rather new, huge and perfectly situated. For family of 4 more than enough space. During our stay we didn't have any problem with parking bur since there are 4 apartments and only 3 parking spots ... during hi season it could be an issue. Our appartment (GOLD) was very convenient because you can park in front of it and load and unload everything trough the terrace door. Just perfect, you don't have to carry anything trough the stairs. Apartment is in the very quiet street (someone mentioned it could be noisy - I don't see how), and just 2 minutes walk to the Therme Merano (absolute must visit). Everything else (shopping, groceries, sport facilities ...) are not more than 10 minutes walk - location is just perfect. Danielle who welcomed us was extremely friendly and always on our disposal - even during weekend. Really good host. It's worth mention that Merano2000 ski resort (our main reason to come to the Merano, beside Therme) absolutely met our expectations.

What could be better? Well, several small things. There is no washing machine, there is everything ready for it in the bathroom but it's not there, and especially if you stay longer AND practice some sport - it will be very handy. Microwave oven also can be handy. Dishwasher also. Then temperature regulation in the apartment - it's really strange I must call someone to adjust the temperature (it's done trough app - only the owner has it), and if you get it right in the apartment - bathroom is cold, if you get bathroom right - apartment is too hot, probably this is not a problem in the summer but during the winter ... And last but not least - garbage. Seems strange (even funny when I think of it) but - there is no place where you can throw it - there is a big trash container that belongs to the property - but it's locked, like any other in the street. There are containers for paper, metal, glass but strangly - not for plastic. We asked Danielle what to do with it and he said he will send someone to take care of it ... and he did.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Die Lage war unübertrefflich. Alle 3 wichtigen Bushaltestellen innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das moderne Appartement war sehr schön. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, 4 Plattenherd und Gefrierschrank. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Es war an kälteren Tagen sehr fußkalt... Appartment silber...also unten. Wir hatten einen Heizlüfter mit und den haben wir abends laufen lassen, sonst haben wir - von unten her gefroren - nach längerem Sitzen, obwohl das Appartment ansich gut temperiert war. Wir hatten eine Filterkaffeemaschine erwartet....es gibt eine andere Kaffeemaschine, die sich uns nicht erschlossen hat.

Estremamente consigliato

Il nostro soggiorno a Merano è stato bellissimo, anche per merito di Fior Apartments, a cui va un ringraziamento speciale. La gestione è perfetta. Proprietario cortese, efficiente, sempre disponibile. La nostra prenotazione era comprensiva di Guest Pass per i mezzi di Merano, che consiglio di tener sempre a portata di mano anche per fruire di sconti presso esercizi convenzionati. Posizione eccezionale a 200 metri dalle Terme e dal Centro. Supermercati a portata di mano. Sotto le Terme è disponibile un garage multipiano, il cui abbonamento settimanale costa 95 Euro. E' una soluzione ESTREMAMENTE CONSIGLIATA, perché vicinissima all'appartamento e perché consente di entrare e uscire quante volte si vuole senza avere la preoccupazione di dover cercare un posto auto. Appartamento nuovo, ben tenuto e confortevole. Metratura e servizi adeguati per famiglie da 3 persone, forse anche per 4. Infissi termici e antirumore.

Mancanza di un forno a microonde. Una diversa disposizione della cucina con una lavastoviglie (anche basica di primo prezzo) avrebbe reso il soggiorno da comodissimo (quale è stato) a fantastico.

Weiterso liebes Fior-Team - großartiges Angebot

Die Gastgeber haben bei Fragen enorm schnell geantwortet. Der Garagenstellplatz ist in Meran Gold wert. Als unser Kühlschrank ein defekt hatte wurde erfreulicherweise ein Ersatzappartement im Haus ganz unkompliziert als Ersatz angeboten. Großartig. Vielen Dank nochmal.
