About this apartment rental
Our house is located in the center, in the most beautiful district of Merano, in a quiet and green area, in the residential area of Obermais. We are 3 minutes walk from the spa promenade, Tappeinerweg, old town or city center, away. Enough free private parking is right in front of our house. Our spacious and stylish apartments can accommodate 2 - 5 people and have a small hallway with cloakroom, a large, comfortable and modern living room with large seating area, flat screen TV 50 "digital satellite TV, high quality pull-out double sofa bed (spring mattress, 180 * 200 cm) can also be pulled out individually. Very well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle and crockery.
Spacious bedroom with large double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and beds and mattresses for anti-allergy sufferers.
The apartments have a large sunny south-facing balcony with table and deck chairs and a very nice view to the old trees in the Mediterranean garden and mountains.
You can leave the car at our free private parking and reach in 3 minutes walk from our Residence Diana, many bakeries, Biogkistel, shops, bar, restaurants. Wednesday is always farmers market on the fountain square.
Very good bus connections in all directions z. B main station of Merano, village Tyrol, Schenna, Passereital etc.

The property is a beautiful old house, purposebuilt as a hotel in the nineteenth century. My apartment was large and airy, with a balcony looking into the garden and the mountains. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The house is in easy walking distance of the city Centre, close to bus stations, and also an easy and very pleasant walk to the wonderful Trauttmansdorf gardens..
And the host’s husband drove me to the train station when I was leaving, which I didn’t expect, and really appreciated.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal (3 Wochen) bei Familie Minach in der Residenz Diana und haben uns rund herum total wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist absolut gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, zentral in einem Villengebiet gelegen. Unsere Wohnung war neu und hochwertig ausgestattet, die Einrichtungen waren sehr schön und aufeinander abgestimmt, der Balkon war super mit Blick in den Garten und Panorama auf die Berge. Frau und Herr Minach sind äußerst freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit und sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
