Lovely stay in Merano

We loved the appartment.Perfectly clean,looks the same as on the pictures.Spotelessly clean,warm,comfy.Kitchen has all the facilities that you nead for a short stay.Building is new,also very clean and smells lovely.The view is amazing.Comunication with Ilina went great.You can even buy tickets for the spa with 10% discount ,which was great .We are definitely coming back hopefully in the summer.

Actualy nothing.One very,very small thing is that you have electric courtains wich go up or down on a switcher and you can hear the neighbours setting them up or down.But that was nothing compared to everything.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist einmalig. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig. In wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum von Meran. Der Kontakt mit Ilina war sehr angenehm. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat unsere Anliegen sofort erledigt.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub von der ersten Minute an.

Die Lage, die Einrichtung, der schöne Balkon mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick. Es gab auch hochwertige Pflegeprodukte, was für eine Ferienwohnung nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch die Tiefgarage war komfortabel. Es war einfach alles toll. Die Vermieter haben uns auch per WhatsApp gut beraten.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Lage und Anlage sind top. Auch die E-Ladestation zu vernünftigen Preisen in der Tiefgarage ist ein großes Plus.

Die Küchen-Utensilien könnten etwas aufgestockt werden.

Außergewöhnliche Lage mit toller Aussicht!

Tolle Lage mit außergewöhnlicher Aussicht („drinnen und draußen“) im EG mit Garten/Rasen. Ideal für 4 Personen mit zwei Bädern. Modern und hochwertig. Freundliche und professionelle Betreuung.

Der abendliche „Aufstieg“ zum Haus war für mich (Ü 60) manchmal bei noch fast 30 Grad etwas schweißtreibend. Belohnung folgte aber immer im Garten… Eine Kleinigkeit: Die Kopfkissen in den Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu „mächtig“.

Moderne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Hervorragende Lage etwas oberhalb der Stadt. In ca. 10 Minuten war man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Zurück etwas länger, weil man bergauf gehen musste. Moderne und gute Einrichtung. Tolle Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Tal.

In der Küche fehlten so einige Ausstattungsgegenstände wie Schäler oder Butterdose. Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine wäre ebenfalls gut.

Der Ausblick von dem gesamten Apartment ist ein Traum. Der Stadtkern ist problemlos in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter haben ein sehr hilfreiches Handbuch mit Tipps und allgemeinen Infos erstellt. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. SEHR SEHR gerne kommen wir wieder. :-)

Eine absolute Traumunterkunft - wir kommen wieder! Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach rundum perfekt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine eigene, abschließbare Garage - ideal, um unsere Fahrräder sicher unterzubringen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig mit einem traumhaften Ausblick, der jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und konnten die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen.

Entweder Waschmaschine oder weitere Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer bereitstellen. Große Pfanne in der Küche fehlt.

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente und ganz nah am Zentrum!

Die Lage ist optimal - man blickt von oben auf einen Ausschnitt von Meran und ist gleichzeitig in 6 min in der Stadt zum Frühstücken oder beim Bäcker um frisches Gebäck zum daheim Frühstücken zu holen. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet!

Mehr Ablageplatz im Bad wäre gut, zum Beispiel eine Regalwand, wo die Vorrichtung für die Waschmaschine ist. Für Menschen mit starken Rückenproblemen (wie mich) ist die Matratze zu hart. Da wäre gut ein weicheres Modell zum Tauschen anzubieten. Das ist aber wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau, weil das meiste super passt! 😃

Wunderschönes Appartement, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in toller Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Man muss natürlich etwas den Berg hinauf, was relativ steil ist, um logischerweise ein Appartement mit so einem Blick zu haben.
