It was new and clean. It had good parking. It had a balcony with Mountain views. The property had a sauna you could book which was very spacious and clean. There was produce available to buy like ham, tomato Passata , water, wine and beer. and you can order fresh bread daily. It’s convenient to walk or take a bus into town or a short drive to the ski slopes. The staff were very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. We liked the Christmas Market in Merano.
No shared tv, just tvs in the bedrooms - not a big issue really.
