Superb

Nice contact with the host using WhatsApp. We got clear explanation to reach the appartment and how to get the key. The apartment is located directly on the medieval city wall and on the Passer river. Great location, close to the Laubengasse, almost no traffic. A lockable room for our bicycles was available.

Eine tolle Wohnung in einer wunderbaren Lage

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Innenstadt, so dass man innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafes ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Die Wohnung wäre natürlich noch besser, wenn sie auch einen Balkon hätte, die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat einwandfrei geklappt, dennoch hätte ich es auch nett gefunden, wenn sie sich auch persönlich bei uns gemeldet hätte.

Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es fehlte an nichts. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Schritte zu erreichen. Wir haben die Tage in Meran in dieser Wohnung genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und wir konnten zur jeder Zeit mit ihr via Whatsapp kommunizieren.

Das Heizen mit Heizlüfter war nicht komfortabel und laut. Der Kochherd lässt sich schlecht auf mehreren Kochfelder kochen.

Helle Altbauwohnung zum Wohlfühlen in der Meraner Altstadt

Die Fewo ist eine schön renovierte helle Altbauwohnung mit viel Platz, tollen Parkettböden und wunderbarem Ausblick auf den Fluss. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, geht auf Fragen und Bitten ein und ist bestrebt diese zu erfüllen. Espressomaschine mit ausreichender Anzahl von Kapseln, sowie Tabs für den Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung wird im Winter gut beheizt.

Es war sehr gut. Wir waren zu dritt und haben die Zeit in Meran genossen.

Die Lage war fantastisch. Leider war es in der Wohnung im August sehr heiß. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Eigentlich würden wir sehr gerne im Herbst oder im Frühling kommen.

Es war ziemlich heiß in der Wohnung. Es gibt vor dem Haus keine Parkmöglichkeit, aber es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe und es kostet noch extra.
