Schöne, saubere Wohnung
Parkplatz wird als Dienstleistung angeboten. Diesen mussten wir aber für 100 Euro im Parkhaus selber bezahlen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, sehr zentral, nahe dem Fluß Passer und, da in zweiter Reihe zur verkehrsberuhigten Zone, auch sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung und das Design lassen keine Wünsche offen! Sauberkeit und Komfort sind vorbildhaft.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist unabhängig von dieser Unterkunft in ganz Meran bescheiden. Es gibt zwar in der Nähe diverse Parkhäuser, diese sind aber sehr teuer und ein Entladen des Gepäcks ist nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten direkt an der Unterkunft möglich.

Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt, bzw übertroffen. Am vereinbarten Treffpunkt hat uns die super liebe Marinella den Schlüssel übergeben und uns die Wohnung gezeigt bzw. erläutert. Die Größe der Wohnung, die highlights ( Sauna, Schaukel am Esstisch, Wanne neben dem Bett) sind einfach super. Dazu kommt der Zustand und die Sauberkeit. top, top, top Des weiteren ist die tolle Lage zu nennen. Treppe runter und durch die Tür, schon ist man direkt an der Rückseite vom Kurhaus, bzw in der Meraner Innenstadt. Obwohl sich in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft Bar´s, Restaurants und ein Cafe befinden, gibt es auch bei geöffnetem Fenster kein Lärmproblem. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. Um die Ecke ist gleich ein Café und etliche Restaurants. Super Ausgangspunkt für Bike Touren.
