Good location but a small investment in repairs would make this a better experience
We were there for a week on business and needed to be near San Martino. Location was good with a bus stop to the beach and shops right out the front.
The supplies were minimal. So had to buy more toilet paper, washing powder and dishwasher liquid. A door handle of one bedroom came off the first day but they did not come to fix it. The balcony shaden̈was torn and tattered and not functioning. The balcony furniture was broken. A pigeon had roosted on top of the air con and there were bird droppings all over the balcony. It had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. All this was reported on Day 1. Nothing was attended to.

Esperienza pessima – pubblicità ingannevole, gestione scadente e pulizia inaccettabile
Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata estremamente negativa sotto molti aspetti. Il problema principale è che la posizione indicata su Booking è completamente errata. Avevamo scelto questa casa per la sua presunta vicinanza all’ospedale San Martino, ma una volta arrivati abbiamo scoperto che si trovava molto più lontano rispetto alla posizione segnalata. Questo ha causato enormi disagi, considerando che la vicinanza all’ospedale era per noi un requisito fondamentale.
Abbiamo provato a chiedere un rimborso, dato che la struttura non si trovava nel punto dichiarato, ma ci è stato negato in ogni modo possibile. L’host ha scaricato la responsabilità su Booking e persino su Google Maps, sostenendo che il problema non dipendesse da loro e suggerendoci di chiedere il rimborso a queste piattaforme. Un atteggiamento inaccettabile e poco professionale, che di fatto si traduce in pubblicità ingannevole. Chiunque prenoti basandosi sulla posizione indicata si ritroverà con una sistemazione completamente diversa da quella attesa.
Come se non bastasse, anche la gestione è stata pessima. Durante il soggiorno, la chiave dell’appartamento si è rotta e, invece di ricevere assistenza, siamo state costrette ad attraversare tutta Genova per ritirare un secondo paio di chiavi. Un totale disinteresse nei confronti degli ospiti, quando sarebbe stato doveroso che fosse il personale della struttura a occuparsene.
A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, la pulizia della casa era inaccettabile: muri sporchi, coperte e divani macchiati, e un balcone pieno di escrementi di piccioni, segno evidente di una manutenzione inesistente.
Tra pubblicità ingannevole, scarsa assistenza e condizioni igieniche precarie, sconsigliamo vivamente questa struttura.
