Big apartment in awful area

The apartment was big and the host was wonderful.

The apartment was located in one of the worst areas of Genoa. It felt like being in a ghetto drug dealing and drug taking was taking place on the streets. Also rubbish was everywhere beer cans and other rubbish had been thrown outside into the courtyard of the back the flat was very very warm with no air-conditioning.

This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. The location of the house was very scary and felt unsafe. The cleanliness was unbelievably poor. Both the house we stayed in and the building it was in had a very strong, unpleasant smell. This is an accommodation I would never recommend.

The host is a very nice and welcoming person. Our train was late for 3 hours, but Alessandra kept in touch with us and waited for our arrival in the evening to transfer the keys and tell everything about the apartment and places to go in Genoa. The appartment is clean, cozy and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Two bathrooms. The location very close the the center, enbankment, 5 minutes walk from the train station. The street is exotic, but safe.

Very high steps, 3rd floor without elevator. The lack of a beautiful view from the window, if it is important.

Blízká poloha k nádraží a plavebnímu terminálu MSC. Možnost ubytovat skupinu 8 lidí. Nebylo prakticky z čeho jinehého vybírat. Snadný přístup pomocí schránek na klíče. Zrekonstruovaná koupelna.

Čtvrť je přistěhovalecké gheto. Hned při prvním průchodu ulicí se pokusili známému ukrást telefon. Staré vybavení. Flekatý rozpadlý gauč na chodbě u vstupních dveří je velká ostuda. Okamžitě ho vyměňte.

Inmejorable relación calidad-precio en Génova

Muy bien ubicado junto a la estación. Alessandra, la anfitriona fue muy amable, muy dispuesta, disponible en todo momento y nos dio grandes consejos turísticos tanto para visitar como para comer por la zona. El apartamento estaba limpio, era espacioso, bien equipado y con todas las comodidades (cocina, salón, habitaciones, tele...). Por relación calidad-precio no se puede pedir más.

Contento con todo en general. La calle en que estaba no parecía la mejor de Génova, pero pese a ello disponía de todos los servicios a precios económicos y la gente parecía amigable.

Es ist sehr nah zum Port gelegen. Wenn man auf eine Kreuzfahrt möchte ist es fußläufig erreichbar.

Die engen Gassen haben unangenehm gerochen, die Fassaden waren abschreckend, steile Treppe in die fünfte Etage, Metalltür, alte Einrichtung.

Situazione davvero al limite..L immobile è situato in un quartiere portuale dove, attraversando le viuzze che costeggiano i palazzi, si possono percepire odori diversi e tutti estremamente nauseabondi.Trovato con difficoltà il civico indicato dall host, arriviamo dinnanzi ad un portone che, una volta varcato, ci lascia intravedere ciò che sarebbe stato l inizio del nostro soggiorno a Genova...un'incubo. Saliamo al terzo piano di questo palazzo, che dire fatiscente è dire poco, e ci si presenta una scena inverosimile. Ambienti maleodoranti,bagli con incrostazioni varie e tracce di muffa sulle pareti della doccia,lenzuola con peli,copripiumini e cuscini con evidenti macchie non ben precisate,cucina impraticabile,frigo sporco,scarafaggi morti dietro le porte delle stanze, tende oscuranti impolverate alle finestre che una volta aperte mostravano un cortile condominiale usato come discarica..Potrei continuare,ma questo mi sembra sufficiente a far capire la totale assenza delle più banali norme igieniche.. Adesso ci chiediamo come un posto del genere possa continuare ad essere presente su booking...Il consiglio è di evitarlo!!!

Locatia a fost aproape de gara si de obiective.Doar atat mi a placut.

In apartament era un miros urat, neaerisit. Canapeaua din living era murdara, in bucatarie totul era lipicios, panze de paianjen peste tot. Iluminatul era foarte slab, probabil ca sa nu putem vedea toate detaliile. Lipsa hartie igienica si sapun, gel de dus.Usa la una din camere nu avea clanta. Cred ca acolo nu s-a facut curatenie , igienizare sau zugravit de cand este apartamentul. Abia am asteptat sa se faca dimineata sa putem pleca cat mai repede.
